Kimberly is a FANTASTIC and professional realtor--highly recommended! I recently purchased my first home, and I was very nervous about the whole thing going into it, but she made it so easy! She met with me at the beginning to walk me through the process in detail and was always available to answer my questions along the way. I had the pleasure of having Kimberly as my real estate agent in both the buying and selling of my first home. I bought my first home in 2010 and I was naive and young. I'd give her team 100 stars in comparison to "Azroy Realty Executive Group". Azroy Salim is hands down the sleeziest scumbag Realtor in existence. Highly unlikely to recommend. Azroy was quite indifferent to our search for a house in Scottsdale. He has limited knowledge of the local market, so he wasted a lot of time without finding us a suitable home. He seemed inexperienced and was unclear about his tasks. Regardless of the issue, Azroy avoided dealing with it and often backed out. We regret being unhappy renters of a house that was leased to us by Azroy. We would advise anyone looking to buy or rent a home in Scottsdale to avoid choosing Azroy as their real estate agent. I have worked with Azroy for a short time, and I can confidently say that when it comes to selling or buying or renting homes, Azroy is NOT the person to call. He is an impatient guy, which is detrimental for being a successful real estate agent in times like these. He has provided poor service, and I have had to complain multiple times. read more
