First of all, I have been in the shop and talked with everyone a few times over the years as we are building at Eagle Point Resort. They have always been 5 star service, information and products. We rented a 4 seat Polaris RZR side by side for a full day yesterday. We went in the day before and the amount of time and information they provided was awesome!! We felt like we knew where we were going to go and what options we had to keep the RZR overnight or turn it in 6pm. We also loved the option to have it delivered to the parking lot at the Canyonside lodge right next to our place for $50. SUPER CONVENIENT. They arrived a little early and the sign off, orientation was smooth and easy. Literally a brand new 2023 1000 RZR. Only 20 hours. Helmets top notch as well. We rode for about 3.5 hrs of the day and it was incredible. Tons of trails and incredible things to see that you cannot see without something like this. In closing, my wife and I travel a ton and were both so jacked up on this experience. THE SERVICE AND PRODUCT IS TRULY 5 Start. GOOD JOB! read more

Let me start off by saying that we have not gone on an "official" tour with Tucker High Adventure but we were fortunate for Lane to come to our rescue. Recently my family and I spent a long weekend snowboarding at Eagle Point. On the way down the mountain, one of our tires blew out. Although this was an inconvenience, we didn't think that it would be a big deal as we had a spare so we changed the tire and continued our decent. Within a mile, our spare was flat. There was no cell reception and there wasn't a home or property in sight. It was about 17 degrees out and even though we were pulled over with our hazards on, obviously stranded, no one would even slow down to offer a life line. As a mom, I was beyond stressed out considering that we were losing daylight and we had no means of communication. Our children are not tiny anymore but they are still our children and we still needed to protect them and keep them warm. As my husband was about to start walking to find a residence with a landline, Lane pulled up in his shuttle van and asked if we needed assistance. He was truly an answered prayer. Lane shuttled us, and our busted tire, into town so that we could get it repaired and brought us back to our vehicle. During the drive, he shared a lot of history of Eagle Point with us and showed us the bike trails that were nearby. He missed an event that was scheduled with his wife- we are so sorry, btw, and wouldn't accept anything for his time. Our family spends a lot of time outdoors year round and after this amazing experience with Lane, we can't wait to come up in the summer and utilize some of Tucker High Adventure Tours services. This is a family run business and if they are all similar to Lane, I bet the adventures are pretty darn epic! First time visiting the mountains of Beaver, UT. We rented three ATV's from Tucker's for our family escape from this crazy time we're all living in. When we arrived we spoke to someone about our rental, (not knowing about the change of weather, we were running off the weather report for beaver) we were asked how many helmets we needed and to bundle up. Thinking that the weather was 32-40 degrees, we were still okay with riding. We woke up on our day of rental, to discover the temperature to be -6 degrees. We have three kids under 5 with us, older ladies, and in no way shape or form is anyone riding a razor in zero degree weather. We called the company first thing this morning to ask what our options were to deal with the crazy weather. We were offered two options, take the razors and put everyone's health at risk riding in freezing weather, or take a fifty percent refund. As a business owner myself I fully understand policy and procedures, but the thing I understand better than that is customer service. Given the current economic situation, you would think keeping a customer and earning a solid review would carry its weight in gold, however it seems that people at Tucker's are more concerned about the sprint and the quick dollar, As opposed to earning a customer for life and the marathon. Would recommend looking to rent from a family ran business, because when people would rather you put your family at risk or lose money, they know nothing about family, community, or most importantly customer service. read more

Great option to rent your ski or snowboard gear if you are headed up to Eagle Point Resort. The shop is conveniently located right on Hwy 153 below the resort and close to the town of Beaver. I appreciated the later hours to be able to rent our gear the night before we headed up the mountain. Brand new equipment and nice shop with accessories. Over the 4th of July weekend we went out with Tucker Adventure Tours and did some rock climbing. Our guides went above and beyond. It was a great day for my daughter. They took the time to teach her all aspects about climbing. Knots, safety, belaying. They covered it all. All equipment was provided and in great condition. My daughter has climbed before but for anyone who hasn't climbed, you will be in good hands. Highly recommended and we will be back to check out all their other offerings. read more
