The first time I spent over $1000 and received a less than adequate job. The second time I told my agent that the house I purchased was not left clean by the seller, and I would like it cleaned. He arranged master clean to do the work. I have left two photographs showing how they left the stovetop and master bathroom tub/shower. As you can see they did a terrible job. I went over on a Saturday and spent 3 hours redoing the work. I was able to get both the stovetop and bathroom spotless. Needless to say I will not be using Master Clean anymore.

Melinda, Crystal, Nicole, and Alyss did an excellent job and were very thorough with their cleaning! They were also flexible with using different cleaning products that we preferred. To add to that, their supervisor, Scott, came by to ensure that the cleaning was up to standard and even jumped in to help clean as well. The only issue I had was the initial estimate I received wasn't accurate as the house needed more time than expected and the job had to get split up into two days. However, I'd like to add that I was able to discuss this issue with time maid customer service, specifically with Prachi, who was very understanding of the situation, and came up with a resolution that ultimately worked out.
