When I pushed back, he got argumentative, refused the job, flipped me off, and left. Office said they'd call right back. They didn't. Late, non-transparent pricing, and unprofessional. Avoid.

When I went to check on the unit, the cabinets and bathroom vanity had construction dust on them, the living room fan wasn't cleaned, I had to spend quite some time getting them cleaned and finally rent ready. I talked to the customer service, they claimed that they had cleaned the windows. Fine, the windows were cleaned really well, but 4 hours for cleaning 5 windows...? In the end they were nice enough to refund $75, but I was still quite disappointed at their service and the amount I was billed.
