I went in after a knee replacement, and I am so glad I chose their facility. My PT Tracy, was always very prompt, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, courteous and involved me in each step of the therapy. She made me feel like family. It was a one on one therapy, so no sharing my time with another client. Tracy listened to my input and adjusted accordingly if she felt it necessary, always going above my expectations. I would highly recommend her to anyone searching for a reputable and well qualified physical therapist. They are very conveniently located at the top of the hill on Rt. 422 in Niles, a very non descript dark green stand alone building with plenty of parking next to the old Goldsteins. It only took two sessions for the spasms to almost disappear! His knowledge of muscles and bones gives him the ability to diagnose and correct simple and effective massage and pressure therapy. I have been spasm free for two weeks now. I have a final session today, and can return for more treatments whenever the spasms might return. This business offers yoga classes, physical therapy and exercise equipment to help train your body and relieve pain. The facility is modern, the employees are friendly and it is located on a major highway (route 18).

Fortunately I had a capable, kind, and engaging counselor throughout this process and I was able to live my life between sessions, then report my progress and experiences in our group sessions. I thoroughly enjoyed the process and my freedom to take my recovery into my own hands and pursue the paths that make the most sense to me. I received a great deal of encouragement as well as a good amount of constructive activities to work on / present to my peers. The office staff and case manager were simply wonderful to work with, and when I successfully graduated from the Aftercare program, they sent me off with a warm goodbye and lots of encouragement. They're certainly doing something right over there and truth be told, I almost miss the process. Very empowering and a very helpful step in my overall recovery! I still continue to do what works for me in a program of my choice, am flourishing in my personal and professional life, and I can't appreciate enough the fact that I was given room to grow without needing permission to do so, or to follow prescriptive pathways in my recovery. In a world where medical care can often feel rushed, impersonal, or transactional, he stands out as a rare kind of physician--one who truly cares about his patients as human beings. From the moment you walk into the exam room, you can feel his sincerity. He listens--really listens--to what you're saying. He doesn't talk over you, he doesn't dismiss your concerns, and he doesn't treat you like just another appointment on the schedule. Keep in mind, they not only let us sit there all that time, it was also mentioned about my service dogs when I made the appointment. They immediately tried to schedule me somewhere else instead of trying to fix the situation. Keep in mind, it is illegal to deny service based on allergies or fear of dogs, per federal law (ADA). It turned into another hour of calling and talking to different people and them trying to "negotiate" with me. Read, they wanted to figure out a way to not accommodate us, while making it look like they were "working with us." I only needed to get a refill on meds. That was literally it. So, 2 1/2 hours later, and being forced to put my service dogs in the car, I finally saw the doctor and was able to leave. The whole situation was not only illegal, it was just plain unethical. You don't ask someone to be separated from their medical equipment. End of the day, it comes down to this: You can take Benadryl. I can't stop being disabled. You might have to suffer through some discomfort for the rest of the day. I'll be spending the rest of the week dealing with the physical, mental, and emotional fallout.

Since going to him rarely do I have lower back issues unless I do something stupid. Witch we all do. Migraines are a thing of the past. Also the girls at the desk are wonderful. He has a gentleman name Frank that is a masso. They are all good at what they do.
