If you need a place where the marketing director won't return calls when you are inquiring about assisted living for your loved one, this is the place. If you are looking for a place where rehab says that they will call with updates, but never do, this is the place. 2018 Still understaffed. And ministration staff of course grows. Mom is now in nursing after living and paying to be on campus for 17 years now. Today their cable TV was cut to just basic channels. Nickel and dime beyond the almost $8,000 a month fees.

Our doctors office sent two referrals regarding palliative care. My wife left three messages to get information and scheduled and I also left three messages to get scheduled. After weeks, we finally contacted the doctors office to let them know, we had to find someone else because patriot will not call us back. The doctors office contacted them again and they were informed they no longer offer for palliative care. Why couldn't they take one minute to return our phone call to let us know? They are working with vulnerable people who need help and they don't have the courtesy to call back.

Now I just have to do outpatient therapy to strengthen my knee with physical equipment. Their team of nurses & therapists are very professional, encouraging, conscientious, compassionate, and always on time. They were also very flexible about my time schedule, as mornings were next to impossible for me. They would call to check up on me and make sure that I was doing okay, as well as having a 24 hour phone access if I ever had any problems. I can't say enough about Randy Williams, who was my therapist the entire time. Not having a different therapist each visit made a huge difference. He was so encouraging and patient while pushing me to improve and reach my goal, but also making sure that I wasn't in pain while doing so. He never left my home until I had an ice pack on my knee to reduce swelling. I was sad to see him leave when his job was done. Thank you Patriot for making a very daunting time in my life bearable. I wish I could give you more than 5*, your team deserves it.

He did the surgery, I worked hard at rehab, made it hurt, and I have no pain, no problems at all. The surgery was done at Mercy in Boardman. Everyone there gave me great care. Dr Solmen worked on my big toe years ago. I was limping around with extreme pain. One visit, and he fixed the problem. One follow up visit, done. Recently I had ankle problems. One visit with Dr Solmen, with one follow up, and done. I've used Youngstown Ortho in Howland for rehab on my knee and shoulder replacements. Five stars!

The rest of the doctors gave up after trying 1 medication and told us to put him in a home. Dr Wilkins prescribed meds for him that have worked wonders for my father's aggression. He even found out my dad has a type of autonomic dysfunction just by checking his heart, and it was missed by a decade of care from his primary cardiologist. I'd make him my doctor too if I could because he's that good.

She didn't overbook, so no waiting for your appointment. Everything you want in a staff member. She was excellent at her job. I went in after a knee replacement, and I am so glad I chose their facility. My PT Tracy, was always very prompt, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, courteous and involved me in each step of the therapy. She made me feel like family. It was a one on one therapy, so no sharing my time with another client. Tracy listened to my input and adjusted accordingly if she felt it necessary, always going above my expectations. I would highly recommend her to anyone searching for a reputable and well qualified physical therapist. They are very conveniently located at the top of the hill on Rt. 422 in Niles, a very non descript dark green stand alone building with plenty of parking next to the old Goldsteins. There is a large cafeteria and a small room where residents were watching old movies. My aunt's room was quite tidy, and greeting cards and other decorations were displayed tastefully. She can't decorate anymore herself, as she can't see and can't move around very well, and her family is unable to visit daily. I appreciate the work of the staff in making a home for her.
