The setting was just very unprofessional. I love the same day ordering, but she edits the pictures very quickly. A blemish I had was not photoshopped out and some photos just had an instagram type filter on them. I give it two stars because some of the photos turn out absolutely beautiful. Overall, I was very disappointed in the experience and unprofessionalism.

Upon arrival to the studio for the "reveal" session I wasn't sure what to expect. Immediately, upon seeing the photos, I realized two things: 1) My fiancées desire to have them done was to feel empowered and sexy. 2) The photos and editing were tasteful, artistic, and the kind of quality I could expect to see in a gallery. After going through the photo set with Brittnie and my fiancée there was no doubt in my mind the photos were 100% worth purchasing. My fiancée did feel empowered; she felt sexy; she was truly happy from the process and of the results. Brittnie is respectful, professional, and an outstanding photographer. Firstly, and he makes no secret of this, but this is his home, as well as a rented venue. So that means that when you are setting up your event, he is likely to sit in the middle of everything and watch his big screen TV, LOUDLY! And his dog, while super cute, lives there too, so you will be setting up with him running between your legs. Secondly, he is bipolar in his answers to your questions. For example, we needed to get in to set up at a certain time and he said "absolutely not!", making it impossible for us to have a rehearsal dinner as planned, etc. ( as a photographer, he set up a photo shoot for the afternoon before our wedding, making the venue unavailable to us until 6pm the night before the wedding!!!) A day later, the groom called, assuming he could beg for him to change his mind, and he simply said, "sure you can get in then", like it hadn't even been an issue (even though it made for lots of tears and phone calls!!!). As the previous reviewer mentioned, the owner has TERRIBLE phone manners, super rude and "scream-y" on the phone. You get to where you dread calling to ask something. He is no better in person, VERY misogynistic, so let the men in the family handle any issues, if you decide to go ahead and rent here. He actually was relatively nice during the event, but it SO did not make up for shortcomings. Stick with a place where you get complete access for the night before and day of, instead of this place. Disclaimer: I have heard this man is an awesome photographer and I'm sure it is possible that he is a nice person in general. I am simply reporting on my actual experience with him regarding the business transaction of renting his property.
