We ultimately went with a different photographer(s) only because we wanted two photographers for our wedding and were able to meet both of them up front; we felt it was important to be confident with both of the photographers who will be taking pictures at our big day. Our correspondence with Amanda was wonderful and helpful. She took the time to understand us and our needs over the phone, before we ever met with her in person. This enabled her to show up with a full pricing list as well as a proposed package for our album and other needs. They used the same low quality canvas you can buy at pat catans for about 5 bucks only they charge you in the hundreds. I was really disappointed by the quality of canvas I expected it to be a professional level of canvas for the amount of money paid in reality I could have paid less and had a canvas made through mpix. They also messed up my order with what pictures I wanted printed so now I'm left with pictures that I didn't necessarily want printed and I'm not even sure I received as many as I should have with what I paid, which as we all know is very frustrating.
