Liars and cheats! I had an okay experience dealing with them in the past but the most recent…read moredealing was disgusting. I originally brought my truck in the winter of 2024. There was a lot of damage to the front end and they only fixed a portion of it. Claiming the rest wasn't in the claim instead of submitting it to insurance. When I picked my truck up they had put the bumper on wrong, not replaced fender liners, headlight, or fog lights. All were damaged in the accident and bumper was covered in original claim. I had to have an adjuster come back out and list everything except bumper cause that was on Miller's per the adjuster. Now we are in summer of 2025 and Millers has just now allowed me to bring truck in to get fixed A YEAR AND A HALF LATER. They claimed they were waiting to get paid by insurance/ dealership and that they had been paid. I asked that they have all the parts in shop before I dropped the truck off because they held it for several weeks (months) the first time. I can't go without the truck so they agreed I'd be in and out in one day. I called two hours before pick up to make sure I was good before an hour drive. I was then informed that they were not going to fix the bumper. Management called me to tell me I would have to FILE ANOTHER CLAIM. Told me that I had got the truck in a different accident and claimed that my over sized tires were rubbing fender liner which is all FALSE. As soon as I complained about the bumper I was told I could no longer pick truck up same day and that I would have to wait until insurance sends a second check to pick my truck up. A CHECK WE'VE BEEN WAITING ON FOR OVER A YEAR???? (After being told they had been paid and to come drop truck off and pick up same day.) I just spent $1300 out of my pocket that should be covered by insurance or they were going to hold truck hostage indefinitely. Avoid these chumps at all cost. There are plenty of people that are willing to do good business.

The shop manager proceeded to raise his voice and repeated saying I need the vehicle all day if you want the work done. They had the car on a Friday, I dropped it off on Thursday evening. They never contacted me that it was complete so since they close at 4pm on Friday I showed up. The car was not finished, but they did not ask to keep it an additional day. They just set it outside, took the money and considered their work done. Upon closer inspection between the seats and console it had not even been vacuumed. That's distressing since the carpet was "shampooed"...so now we shampoo over debris and dirt? The interior surfaces were no more than wiped with something like an Armor-All product. The wax job, a week later doesn't even bead up water. I wouldn't have written a review, I would just never go back but yesterday I was packing for a trip and looked under the back seat and found debris, hair, and dog biscuits. Full disclosure, I bought the car used and have not had a dog in this car. This is a lesson learned, never again. They had offered me a 10% discount to do my second car...uh, no thanks. Another $200 for a job that I can complete at a self serve carwash. I'm good. I advise you, check everything, I did not. I trusted them to be honest, respectable and professional after reading reviews. They were none of this. I hesitate to post this review as I don't want to hear from them and I simply don't trust them to do it any better if they offered. Buyer beware. On a positive note...Wanda working the office was a complete joy, its a shame their work was so poor.
