We were given the name of this shop by someone with many years in the automotive industry in the Indianapolis area. We were told they were the best. Unfortunately, we'll never know. Four months after initially contacting this shop and getting an estimate from them, we were told today, they don't work on BMWs any more because they are too complicated with all their computers. We need a hood and a bumper cover. Nothing that requires even remotely doing anything to a computer on my car. In addition, my car is a 2004. There are 2014 Fords with more advanced computers than what my car has. To top it off, my insurance company has already cut them 2 checks to do the work - thank goodness those are still in my possession! I'm not saying this privately owned business has to take every customer that walks in the door. I'm saying that if you don't want someone's business don't string them along for 4 months. Return phone calls and be professional.

There was a lot of damage to the front end and they only fixed a portion of it. Claiming the rest wasn't in the claim instead of submitting it to insurance. When I picked my truck up they had put the bumper on wrong, not replaced fender liners, headlight, or fog lights. All were damaged in the accident and bumper was covered in original claim. I had to have an adjuster come back out and list everything except bumper cause that was on Miller's per the adjuster. Now we are in summer of 2025 and Millers has just now allowed me to bring truck in to get fixed A YEAR AND A HALF LATER. They claimed they were waiting to get paid by insurance/ dealership and that they had been paid. I asked that they have all the parts in shop before I dropped the truck off because they held it for several weeks (months) the first time. I can't go without the truck so they agreed I'd be in and out in one day. I called two hours before pick up to make sure I was good before an hour drive. I was then informed that they were not going to fix the bumper. Management called me to tell me I would have to FILE ANOTHER CLAIM. Told me that I had got the truck in a different accident and claimed that my over sized tires were rubbing fender liner which is all FALSE. As soon as I complained about the bumper I was told I could no longer pick truck up same day and that I would have to wait until insurance sends a second check to pick my truck up. A CHECK WE'VE BEEN WAITING ON FOR OVER A YEAR???? (After being told they had been paid and to come drop truck off and pick up same day.) I just spent $1300 out of my pocket that should be covered by insurance or they were going to hold truck hostage indefinitely. Avoid these chumps at all cost. There are plenty of people that are willing to do good business.

Fast forward now all of a sudden Isreal & not sure of the other guy name but they have vanished So now I've been communicating with Liz & supposedly the owner Hector So my Lincoln truck was diagnosed by Isreal that it needed a motor b4 he vanished. Fast forward so Hector came out & said he believed that was not the case charged me over 200.00 & he was incorrect its now the motor.....Smdh. yes I paid the fee which ik that he should not have been paid. So me being me still utilized the service, I had him look at my daughter Dodge Challenger which was over heating, him & his daughter came up with a price of 891.00 this was for a radiator/labor....crazy price. I shopped around & found a radiator from Advance Auto for $268.00 & Hector charged me $300.00 for labor in which I paid. Now this is the most disturbing business practice that is unacceptable, how you charge a diagnostic fee, but tells me that fee will not come off of the LABOR! I've dealt with mechanics before Galvin & long as they did the work than that fee is subtracted from the labor fee. Prices have always been fair and they have been speedy. This time however, the overfilled my oil during an oil change and I had made a big trip 215 miles to Illinois going high speeds when the oil level high warning came on. I had never had this happen before. They were unreachable when I called Friday. I left a voicemail. I never heard back so I called Monday. Talked to Mike who told me "it should be fine" and that it was too short a time to cause engine damage. I was shocked. They didn't try to offer any apologies or an oil change next time on the house or even for me to bring it in to look at. I felt so dismissed not to mention unsafe! It also cut into my weekend home with family because I spent most of the time trying to fix the issue including buying a supplies on Amazon and taking it to vavoline. They offered no solution and quite frankly did not care. Only after I said I was uncomfortable with how relaxed they were about this did they say I could bring it in to look at if I really wanted to, but that there's nothing that they can do or offer me other than to "triple check next time". Go to a place that cares and won't put you in danger. They also failed to mention there was a mice nest in the engine.
