One year, for Christmas, I purchased a variety of the products they carry - including but not limited to hand made soaps and salves, fragrant oils and a number of other items. I put them in a large decorative bag and gave them to my sister's family at Christmas dinner. They loved sorting through them and choosing what they wanted. It was a big hit. Another time, I purchased a gift card there for a friend's birthday. He loves to cook and I knew he would enjoy browsing through the considerable number of organic herbs and spices Emily carries. The emphasis at Righteous Remedies is on health and wellness as well as supporting local artisans and providing a warm, relaxing environment for people just wanting to take a break from the outside world for a little while. Love the Tournament of Champions program where they reward you for playing! No other place does this that I've been to. The events are sometimes kept a little too casual as some of the smaller ones or the ones late at night get forgotten but judges are requisitioned when they have a large event and the judge are helpful and polite. The people here are typically polite (you can't control your customers completely) and I will continue to come back as much as I get time to go play a board game for free or Magic on any night (but Monday or Wednesday)

I Recently had a health scare that led me to the ER and to a dx of high blood pressure and the ER docs sent my RX's over electronically, Not knowing that they closed at noon on Saturday. I left a message on their FB page and Trent (owner) came in after hours to make sure I had my meds that I needed and my co-pay on all 3 RX was only $8.07 so it's not like he made a lot $ from me that day either. Love this pharmacy!
