He directed me to exactly the location in which aisle to proceeded to. I chuckled on my way out....imagining the instance. As I looked around @ the end of the aisle, back of the store... I heard a faint dinging, buzzing... didn't think anything of it... until the same greeted me employee appeared... "you can't be back here". That was the dinging! Letting them know someone had "trespassed". In my defense... it's not like I walked in to a roped off area or closed door! To me, a customer, it just looked like another aisle! I was standing in front of this aisle of snacks & a few shovels....thinking I could use my coupon for a shovel. Once the employee appeared, I had him give me a price for the shovel, I moved on. The coupon was $10 off $20... I found two $9.99 window plastics.... as I made my way to the register mentally trying to think of what I will find to put me at or above the needed $... Thank you! The cashier gave me a $10.79 total and I was on my way! Thank you Ace for the friendly service. You are my closest hardware store so I now know where is the employees only section to not cross in to. It is an easy process to pick up an online order. You don't need to go through the store to a register. You simply go to the pick up counter. The staff will help you load your vehicle as needed. We were traveling from 2 hours away and we arrived earlier than expected. When we arrived to the pick up door, we were greeted by Brayden who notified us that they still needed to grab the tile we ordered from a full crate so the tiles would be from the same tile lot versus us just grabbing tile boxes. We grabbed lunch and when we returned our order was ready. As Brayden and team started loading the tile into our SUV, they realized the weight of the tile is more weight than our vehicle can handle. We left half the order there and returned the next day to pick up the other half of the order. Day two pick up was a positive experience with the staff as well.

It turned out to be warranty work and my Dyson 12 and I were in the truck and on our way home. No charge. Right then I swore, if I ever need work done, I'm going to Kevin. April,2026...Dyson was acting up so I called Kevin and explained what the machine was doing. Kevin says "bring it down and we will fix it while u wait." He sounded confident so I hopped in the truck and drove 3 hours to the Edina repair center. I walked in, Kevin dropped everything and took the machine in back, fixed it like new, charged me less than $50 and I was back on my way home in under 15 minutes. Unreal!!! If you are thinking of taking your Dyson to anyone but Kevin and the Edina Dyson center, you're crazy!! He and his staff are the most professional, honest people I've had the pleasure to work with.
