Completely unsatisfied with the installation of the Tuff Shed. Among the problems: 1. I was promised a stone block foundation and instead got flat stone slabs with strips of scrap wood on top of each slab. One of the slabs had nails along with the wood. 2. The building was assembled and not aligned with the house. It was laid about about 7 degrees off-center. 3. Tuff Shed's customer service sucks and I am completely dissatisfied with my interaction with them. And, no, I would not recommend this product to anyone. read more

I am so pleased with my Tuff Shed. The crew from Combes Texas did an amazing job. I had most of my trees trimmed or removed the day before to clean up my backyard which made it very hot for these guys. They continued to work non-stop and got it built in several hours. They went over the details before they left to make sure I was satisfied. Their office is very responsive and got back to me almost immediately with answers to questions. I cannot say enough about this company. I would highly highly recommend them. You will NOT be disappointed. read more

This have been one of the worst experience in regards to a retail purchase! Where do I start! Someone with Tuff Shed dropped the ball on the color of the shingles that should have went on the shed. I was never given an opportunity to choose my shingles color! I also, purchased ramps that should allow the door to close and open with the ramps in place. The ramps dose not allow the door to open and close in placed! I spoke with Mr. Alan who decided that it is Tuff shed responsibility to fix any problems I was having even though he was the only person I had spoken with prior to the problems encountered. I finally got the issues schedule to be rectified on the 13th of July today but, hold on just got a call stating that the warranty crew was short handed and could not make it out today!!! Enough!! Worst service the most unprofessional, they called me that they were there to install the shed I was a couple of minutes away. I told them to wait for me but they went to my back anyways . They left my back gate wide open causing one of my dogs to get out. We went looking all over are neighborhood . We were not able to find are dog. For 2 days we went from door to door offering a reward. We let Tuff shed know and they had nothing to say. i had not had a chance to inspect the shed but when I did i noticed how poorly it was built!! There are nails not even hitting the 2x4's I called and spoke to the manager and she didn't do anything about it. Then I spoke to corporate and he said there was conflicting stories. Even after I showed there manager pictures. Pictures don't lie!!!! Then they had me sign paperwork 10 days before shed was installed saying I had inspected shed. They ripped me off!! Do not deal with Tuff Shed. They are super shady!! They don't care about pets and are super unprofessional!!! They gave me a badly built shed!! I paid over $6,000 now I'm stuck with this shed. They say it has warranty but if they can't even fix what they did wrong they will never fix what will go wrong. read more

We had a tuff shed built on March 17th, this after our build was delayed twice by them. The doors aren't square and bind. Now we can't even get the doors open. We have placed numerous calls both to the sales representative we worked with initially as well as the LaFeria store. We have called corporate and have been promised repeatedly that we would be contacted and that our shed would be fixed. So far we are still waiting. We are at a loss, other than legal considerations, for how we can get them to honor the warranty due to their poor build and faulty customer service. We are extremely disappointed. read more
