I recently purchased a 12x16 Tuff Shed from Tuff Shed Idaho Falls. My experience went very smoothly and was very enjoyable. Chip was awesome. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood the entire process. Talking to Chip reminded me a lot of talking to my grandpa. He is very kind and there was zero pressure. Chip even stopped by my home during the shed build to make sure everything was done correctly. How cool is that! The team of builders came from four hours away. They didn't complain or say that they were tired. As soon as they arrived they began building. The entire shed was finished in about five to six hours. Tuff Shed also took on the job of contacting my county and submitting all the required paperwork for my building certificates. That took a HUGE load off of me. From beginning to end these guys were great to work with!!! From designing a product that fit my yard, fit my budget, and will exceed my needs they heard me out. Day of installation the crew was here early (they drove from Utah to Idaho) They verified all information about installation, and the crew worked efficiently together. Super happy with the finish! Every nail hole was caulked then painted. They wrapped up installation with a magnet ensuring there were no screws or nails in the grass (as a pet owner I sincerely appreciate that). The inside of the shed was cleaned and before the keys were handed over it was immaculate!!! If you are looking for a shed for any purpose I highly recommend these guys!!! read more

NOT HAPPY AT ALL! We purchased a Tuff Shed from the Idaho Falls Store. The shed came in late. The installer tried to install all by himself. Needless to say it took several more days to get a crew in from Montana to help him try to catch up. The Quality you see at the show room was NOT the quality that was delivered. We had very little time to paint before the freeze ( like 2 hours a day every few days). The windows are crooked. The Eves don't match up. There are plenty of places for bees and other critters to nest. Tuff Shed solution to all this is to take $150.00 off of our $5000.00 shed. Also - Take my advise and don't save the 10% to paint it your self! They are horrible to try to paint! Especially when it shows up late!! read more

I received an backhaned apology (sorry BUT you did this) Apology received, but you lost your integrity. Tuff shed scheduled to construct a prepainted 6X6 shed (tiny and no big deal right?!) on Monday December 3rd. My husband took the day off and we waited excitedly for our new shed, and waited, and waited! At 1pm I called our contact. She was surprised to hear we hadn't seen or heard from the contractors coming from HELENA, MT. She said, they were on their way and left Montana mid-afternoon. Instead of being mad at the lack of communication, I was sympathetic due to our weather conditions (SNOW) We received a call 4:40pm. They offered to stop by apx. 6pm to discuss location of the shed then return the following morning. I said that was unnecessary, I'll be home. The Helena guys arrived at 9am, it was pax 15°- 20° outside. They started to unload and proceeded to explain how they would paint our shed outside on NEW $20,000 CONCRETE and.....came without a tarp, absolutely no preparation to paint. Oh!!! but "it's water based paint don't worry" REALLY?!!!!! I scurried around and ultimately used bath curtains to protect our concrete. Ridiculous right?! Apparently they didn't understand NOT A DROP OF PAINT ON THE CONCRETE!!! because I spent the rest of the day scrubbing our new concrete after they LEFT THEIR MESS!!!! PAINT DROPLETS EVERYWHERE!!! Why oh why did I allow this to happen?! When our Idaho Falls contact spoke to Chris in Helena, MT. he expressed frustration, but then blamed me for changing the color of our shed! Then I was asked to have our concrete professionally cleaned and send the bill to the contractor . REALLY CHRIS????!!! Guess what?! NEXT TIME RESCHEDULE!!!!! Don't blame your customers or your contractors for a shed that SHOULD HAVE COME PAINTED!!!!! The best part of this entire story....... I didn't, haven't, and won't ask Tuff Shed for anything, but the 25X25 garage to be purchased in January during your promotion, just went to your competitors. AND!!!! I wasn't going to write this, but I JUST FOUND MORE PAINT ON MY WALL!!!! If only I could add pictures! read more
