My recent visit to Tui, Saturday April 11, 2024 in Neumarkt was less than pleasant. First let me say I visited Tui in Nuemarkt a few years ago and was helped by a nice lady name Anita. Anita suggested many options for our vacation and guided my wife and I through the entire trip to Santorini Greece. Unfortunately, this time was different. First, I received a phone call which I thought it was a response to the vacation inquiry I made on your website. After the lady realized I didn't speak German she hung up on me without asking any questions. So, I thought it would be better if I would go into the store and speak with someone directly. When I arrived, I met the lady whom I had spoken to on the phone. I informed her my wife and I was planning a vacation to Ibiza. I gave her the flexible dates, the prices to choose from and the area wanted to stay. She informed me to give her a couple of days and she would have some options for us to choose from. On Wednesday, my wife and I received an email with one hotel, one date and 2 prices. I don't consider those options. I consider that someone not taking the time to put in the effort to service a paying customer. Again, my first time at the Tui store in Neumarkt working with Anita was great. But this time, it seemed like since I didn't speak German they didn't want my business. read more
