His inspections seem very in-depth, and he took a lot of time and effort to crawl around my attics, roof, yard and my house, and gave me a very itemized and thorough estimate. I really trusted Hunter and it seemed that things were going to be very professional and help me with my post storm wildlife issue. Five. Stars for Hunter. The technician came out on the first visit, and he did not seem to have any of the information or have communicated with Hunter, or looked at the paperwork at all. He fumbled around for a while and got a team member to come out and help him they spent some time dealing with one of the problems. They were shocked out of their minds when I mentioned about 18 other details, that Hunter and I had gone over that they had not addressed. I asked them if they had read my contract and did they want me to print it out so that we could go over it This is a long project and I have requested the manager to help out with this situation so I will report back. Ultimately getting what I paid for, and fixing the problem is the main result I am looking for I will post more as this project goes on!

The results reflect that: we have as many spiders now as when we started, if not more. The final straw came this month. After they offered a re-application, we scheduled an appointment and waited the entire day. We felt we needed to be here because the inside of the home needed application. When I texted in the late afternoon to confirm, I was told the tech was "running a little behind." They reconfirmed after 5 PM that someone was still coming. No one ever showed up, and we received no follow-up. Between the rushed treatments, the lack of results, and the no-show on a confirmed appointment, I can't recommend this service. On my call to cancel, their only concern was picking up their termite bait stations.
