I visited Tumble and Dry in Acworth, GA this morning. The facility itself is beautiful, very clean, and offers a wide variety of machines, which is a definite plus. Unfortunately, my experience with customer service was disappointing, and it ultimately impacted my decision not to return. When I asked the woman at the front desk about the cost of dry cleaning, her response came across as dismissive and carried an unnecessary tone. When I politely asked if there was an issue, she stated that she was focused on her work, which I found confusing given that I was simply asking a question as a customer. Throughout my visit, her behavior felt uncomfortable. She remained close by the entire time in a way that felt unnecessary, and at one point, she brought over a sign reminding customers to remove items from their pockets. While I understand the importance of that policy, the way it was handled felt excessive and unwelcoming. Additionally, pricing information is not clearly displayed, which made it difficult to understand service costs without having to ask. Absolutely outstanding & a beautiful modern take on your new age Laundry mat! Growing up Ive been used to the hot & humid laundry mat's with the doors open to get the heat out from the many dryers! Lol the old vending machines and people packed in & hardly any seating. Tumble & Dry is beautiful plenty of different sized washers and dryers & very reasonably priced for their sizes! The staff is outstanding and ready to help whenever you need it! (Which I did, cause I've never been to one where you can use your debit cards!) very up to date! You can utilize an app to pay for your services and the app also shows you how much time left on your machine & sends notifications when your load is almost ready! Very large space so you're not on top of other patrons and they even have a small lounge area with chairs and a couch to comfortably wait for your loads to finish. I will definitely be back in the future & definitely recommend this location! They also have in house laundry services, drop off & pick up as well as delivery! Again, very VERY reasonably priced!! read more

It's a clean place where you can easily do laundry quick and easy. You can either pay via apple pay or with cash so this is sooo convenient

please don't go here. I thought it was ok to bring my kids which was the worst mistake I have ever made. they got yelled at today for touching the plants. TOUCHING THE PLANTS. I got money thrown at me by the lady working there and she threatened to call the police on me. meanwhile I'm just trying to get my laundry done. Horrible. read more

Long time laundromat user. The place us still fairly new so clean and in good shape is a given. But they are so much more. The atmosphere is like the lobby at a nice hotel. Open spaces and cooler temp in the back where all the machines are. Only 1 suggestion is to put a break or something on the rolling laundry carts, when you take your clothes to your car, the cart keeps trying to run off on you! Oh! And let me not forget... You get loyalty points when washing so drying is free! read more
