A favorite silk dress that had a oil stain on it for 5+ years, just could not bring myself to throw it away after many attempts to fix it. I even forgot to mention the stain when dropping it off. When I got home from picking it up I was amazed that the stain was GONE! Wore the dress that night out to dinner....and I was convinced it was a goner. The second item, my favorite jacket that like a moron I wore to the stables and practically ruined. Michelle one of the owners called me concerned that the leather might not respond well and I figured it couldn't get much worse so go ahead. Let me tell you that thing is beautiful, looks just like it did when I bought it! There were no issues with the leather portions and it was crisp and clean and let me tell you it was dirty, seriously beyond ick dirty! I truly appreciated the call, honesty, care and attention to detail given to me and my clothes. They have earned a lifetime customer. Beckysue

The prices here are competitive and their work has always been great. Of course I don't have any major stain (usually) on my clothes for the most part so it's not like I'm hauling farm equipment. The lady that works behind the counter is always super nice and friendly but I sorta feel sorry for here because she always looks overwhelmed. The place is always filled to the top with stuff...which is a good thing...robust business.....she also does alternation which I think is very convenient. Unfortunately, my experience with customer service was disappointing, and it ultimately impacted my decision not to return. When I asked the woman at the front desk about the cost of dry cleaning, her response came across as dismissive and carried an unnecessary tone. When I politely asked if there was an issue, she stated that she was focused on her work, which I found confusing given that I was simply asking a question as a customer. Throughout my visit, her behavior felt uncomfortable. She remained close by the entire time in a way that felt unnecessary, and at one point, she brought over a sign reminding customers to remove items from their pockets. While I understand the importance of that policy, the way it was handled felt excessive and unwelcoming. Additionally, pricing information is not clearly displayed, which made it difficult to understand service costs without having to ask. Overall, while the facility itself is excellent, the unfriendly and somewhat hostile customer service experience was enough to discourage me from returning.

Lol the old vending machines and people packed in & hardly any seating. Tumble & Dry is beautiful plenty of different sized washers and dryers & very reasonably priced for their sizes! The staff is outstanding and ready to help whenever you need it! (Which I did, cause I've never been to one where you can use your debit cards!) very up to date! You can utilize an app to pay for your services and the app also shows you how much time left on your machine & sends notifications when your load is almost ready! Very large space so you're not on top of other patrons and they even have a small lounge area with chairs and a couch to comfortably wait for your loads to finish. I will definitely be back in the future & definitely recommend this location! They also have in house laundry services, drop off & pick up as well as delivery! Again, very VERY reasonably priced!!

I brought the dress to sterling cleaners to see if they could work some magic and get the blue dye stains out- I really didn't think it was possible. I also needed to pick up the dress the next day in time for my trip. They were soo nice and helpful! The man took it and did a quick spot check to see if they could get it out & was successful, so I left it along with another dress to be cleaned. There were several of these blue spots all over the dress... & They were able to get them ALL out and have it ready in time for my vacation!
