They took photos of it and claimed that we would hear back from the office. We never did. I've called at least three or four times and we're told we will get a call back from someone. We have not. Every time I called they say that department is not available or they're closed for the day. It's unfortunate because the furniture that is damaged is very visible and it's something we utilize every day.
