This was my first experience having a watch serviced and she she walked me through the whole process and made sure I wasn't stressed about being without my watch for the short time I had to. Everyone at the store was super cool. The fresh cookies at the front door also added a nice homey feeling. I plan to come here for all my watches from now on.
