Today we came in for a tux rental for prom coming up in April. We picked out the suit from one of the books and the color of the tie pocket cloth. They took his measurements to make sure the tux would fit right and even had him try on a coat to be double sure. We also ordered the corsage and boutiner to go with the outfits. My daughter got a swatch of the ribbon to match it up with her dress. This is going to be a fun night for them. I shouldn't have looked around because I'm a big impulse shopper. There were never any extra costs unless you specifically asked for extras. I decided to buy my wife flowers for no particular reason. I didn't want a small arrangement, so I went with the premium. When my wife received the flowers she sent me a picture and it did NOT appear to be the premium that I had paid for. When I went to my bank account to see if they charged me their premium price I found that they charged me 25 dollars over their premium price. So apparently they charged me over premium price for a very basic and small arrangement. When I contacted them with my concern the lady told me they charge 10 dollars apiece for lilies and 10 for this and 10 for that plus a delivery charge. I told her I'd never had been overcharged before and I was always satisfied with their flowers. I will NOT be doing business with them again.

And so it was that it was time for me to order my very first memorial wreath for the man I looked up to all those years. Recommended to The Open Window by a local friend (I live in California), I spoke to Audra and she guided me through the entire order. The wreath came out beautifully, and was so perfectly arranged, as if I had chosen the flowers myself. Living so far away, sometimes life can be tough on moments like this. But I highly recommend The Open Window to take care of you as they will take care of you well. Oh, and both Audra (and Leisa the owner) texted me photos of the wreath as it was completed in the shop for my approval.
