You have got to be kidding me. It's 2026 and you don't have an answering machine. The girl finally appeared - no "sorry for keeping you waiting". Your customer service is absolutely the worst. I'm not sure if it is lack of training or what. I could write a book about how dissatisfied I am. The self checkout is a joke - the hand wands are broken - not to mention the scales and heaven forbid you should need help!! They walk up and are extremely rude - like they are doing you a favor. Some of the employees actually turn their name tags around so you can't report their obnoxious behavior.

When I finally got their attention, they told me the scale was broken, which added more time to my wait. When I tried to buy some heated deli items instead, I found out there were none available, even though it was still early in the afternoon. She did provide me with the deli items. When I got home, I realized they gave me a pound of turkey instead of chicken, and it cost over $11. I'm not a fan of turkey, so I was very disappointed. I know that talking to the management won't help, as this store is the only one in town and seems to disregard customer concerns. I've also noticed expired items on sale and brought them to Customer Service, but they don't seem to take it seriously. I think the corporate office needs to investigate the situation at the Manning Walmart more closely.
