Nation One has been filing my taxes for me for several years now and I can not believe how…read moreprofessional they are compared to other companies I have used. Their pricing is far below what I have paid before and they are prompt and courteous to my inquiries. Also, I was in arrears on my previous 2 year's taxes when I first contacted them and they helped me BIG TIME with the IRS and charged a more competitive rate than other companies I contacted. I saved over $10,000 in payments to the IRS. What a relief that was! It was fast and easy filling out their forms instead of having to send in tons of paper work that the other two companies demanded that I send them.

If he owes me, then hold it, so I won't spend it so fast :) Advantage income tax has always put that stressful feeling at ease for me. I've been going to then for over 10 years. Actually, come to think of it, I've been filing my takes with them since I entered the work force. That's trust and loyalty right there. They have always treated me with the upmost respect, they value my business and want to educate me. In every interaction, I am left with more knowledge on the income tax process. I will share one year where I strayed and went to another place. Shame on me, I know! Of course, with the other guys who can "get you more money" I quickly got a letter from the IRS saying "This is not an audit" lol....like I said shame on me for not sticking with Advantage! I have never received anything other then my refund check from the IRS when I went with advantage. Of course, some years I owe, but it all depends on your exemption style. Something I learned from them....you see it's all about being a savvy citizen! If you are looking for a family owed business who does their job with pride, while educating their clients then come visit. You won't be disappointed. You will be welcomed with that warm family feeling, but feel secure in knowing that your very important tax business is taken care of.

Finally found my guy Not just him though, his whole team is incredible. The woman at the front who greets you is so kind and thorough. I ended up doing a few services, including last year's taxes, tax planning for the next year, and honestly, what felt like a free therapy session, because once you start talking about money, other stuff tends to come up! JC made it clear that during the off-season he takes his time with clients, but in season things move fast, so book early to make sure everything flows smoothly. Pricing is more than fair, and you definitely get what you pay for, and then some. If you're looking for new people to help get your business in order, don't think twice, just make the appointment. I hired Chandler Financial, Inc. to handle our taxes from 2019 through 2024. Year after year, I had…read moreto catch and correct errors myself -- including one instance where my spouse's tax refund was negligently deposited into the wrong account. But the 2023 and 2024 tax years take the prize for costly missteps. Despite holding a CPA license, Dominique repeatedly advised us to file under incorrect statuses -- including "Head of Household" -- based on my extended military deployments. She also failed to identify a lawful qualifying dependent for that filing status, which she later admitted was inapplicable. These errors have now triggered IRS issues we are still dealing with. Even worse, although she acknowledged the filing mistakes in writing, she refuses to issue a refund for her services. A CPA is legally and ethically bound to uphold tax law -- not submit inaccurate returns just to appease a client. She also misled us into believing that filing separately and filing late would not be an issue -- both of which have led to problems. I've now spent months cleaning up her preventable errors, and the matter is still unresolved. Military families and anyone with complex tax needs: steer clear. You deserve integrity, accuracy, and professionalism -- none of which you'll find here. -- U.S. Military Veteran & Former Client
