At one point I was specifically told there was no availability that day, so I made other plans. Later, I was called and asked if I was available after all, but by then I wasn't because I had planned my day based on what I had been told. The final appointment was delayed again, followed by additional issues that prevented them from arriving as scheduled. I understand that unexpected things happen, and any one of these problems on its own would have been understandable. But after several days of changing plans and uncertain arrival times, I finally canceled and went with another company. Summer 2016: returning north from a week in Virginia Beach, my travel trailer decided toss it's axle on Route 1 just slightly north of Smyrna.
