One of the Mike's will tell you "absolutely " so you drive an unsafe vehicle to their location and then the other service dept Mike will say "nope, can't do it". The paper they sent me also said I have 300 cars to choose from and when I got there the guy waiting outside for me said we have this 2024 Subaru for you. I said I came here for another vehicle older vehicle. They tried to tell me I only qualify for this $28,000 car and I can't get the $8,000 car I called about. Also on the phone call before coming to see the car I called about to trade in the guy asked me if I had any money down and I said I do not and at the table telling me numbers for the 2024 Subaru he also states you need to put $2,000 down. I of course said no because I'm not stupid and won't fall for shady tactics but I want people to be aware of how they play with their customers. It's very sad they have to lie to their customers to get them in the door and also lie and say you only qualify for this almost $30,000 car when it's not something you wanted or called about.
