So I had to hunt and call somebody else and they will be out beginning of next week.

Had freeze burst pipe over hot water heater 1/16/23 & finally got small contractor to fix water damages- floor had to be replaced in guest bath room & contractor discovered the missing part was missing on that commode too. Gallops was contracted thru Lowe's so this complaint will go to Lowe's Home Office also!
