When you are hired to do an inspection and then provide an inspection letter, and the system is in good order, It is not necessary to pump out the tank just so you can charge them for that. You are ripping people off for non needed services. read more

All Pro Septic did NOT do a good job for us. They charged us $300 and only pumped the inlet side of our tank. My husband uncovered that side only. We didn't know there was two sides. Gage from All-Pro just pumped out the side my husband uncovered rather than making sure he only wanted one side pumped (which would be really stupid). When I called a month after the pumping (we backed up again) Tina from All Pro said that if we had paid her another $50, we could have had the outlet side pumped too and filter cleaned. Now to get them back out, they want to charge us $300 all over again. They could have made it right but are choosing not to. I am so mad at them and will go with Davis Concrete next time! We had to have our septic pumped on a hot summer morning in June. Our system was totally backed up and we needed help quickly. We called All Pro on Saturday morning however the septic guy could not come out until Sunday. It was ok as it was explained to us that the septic guy was tending to a major septic backup at a large estate. However, we were made a priority and the septic guy arrived at our home at 8am Sunday. My husband did all of the conversing while our septic tank was being worked on and we found out how large our septic tank actually is unlike what was told to us by the builder. We also found out how to combat our tank from being ridiculously full. We are new to the septic life, however since meeting an All Pro septic specialist we are actually relieved that we can afford to get our septic tank pumped as well as we are knowledgeable about how to fix our tank. read more
