He had a look and offered a reasonable quote to do the work and because it was a relatively smaller job, said he would find an opening in the upcoming week or two. He sent a detailed estimate. About a week after, Keith sent a text to see if we were available for the day and arrived shortly thereafter. We asked if he could look at some additional parging that he hadn't seen prior and was happy to oblige in doing that at the same time. His work looks great and his professional work ethic was evident from start up to clean up. Keith used sheets for all mixing and cleaning and left the spaces clean. He took away the old parging concrete. Keith touched base later in the day to tell us what to look for with the amount of heat and to let him know if we see any issues, promising to pop by if necessary. It's obvious Keith takes pride in what he does and his work shows it.

We went through everything in the backyard that I needed done to return it into a more simplistic serene area He had some really good ideas and he was very easy to talk to. We bounced ideas back and forth.....very flexible and efficient. He had to remove over six large bushes and a lot of debris and garbage in the back that was found in the ground, including concrete and glass he was able to clean everything up grade it and seed everything that was required. He designed two gardens for me, which turned out just beautiful. I can't say enough of his professionalism, his prompt response and care that he took to the rest of my property. I've got my oasis back and I'll be able to upkeep the reduced gardens and grass. Craig Kniffen was the crew leader and he walked me through all the steps before the job and then checked in with me again when the work was done. I watched them work and they never stopped for three solid hours. Did I mention that it was snowing heavy the entire time! After the work was all done both the front and back yards are neat as a pin. They chipped up every single branch and did everything but vacuum the lawn. Their expertise and training is clear when you see them work together. The guy in the tree is always tied off for safety.
