Very disappointed in you this week. When people are out of electricity and water, you're selling your wood for $525 for a half a cord??

I hired this landscaping company to completely redesign our front and side flower beds. We have…read morelarge flower beds and it cost $20,000+ to take out old shrubs, install drip irrigation (that Dalton Mason recommended) and then plant new trees and shrubs. He guaranteed the plants and trees for a year. Two months later I noticed that a few of the shrubs and a couple of the expensive holly trees were not looking very good. I called Dalton Mason and informed him about the plants. He said he would come by in a few days and check on the plants. After two weeks he still had not come by to check on the plants. I contacted him and he said hie would come by in a couple of days. Finally a week later he came by. He did replace a couple small shrubs that had died. The holly trees that had some yellow leaves and dead branches he just pruned out to make it look better and said that the trees would be fine. The trees didn't improve. After a month the trees were looking worse and were dropping leaves and branches were dying back. I texted him and told him how the trees were not doing good and he needed to come back and check on them. He never replied back so after a few days I called and left a message. He never called me back nor did he ever come by. I texted and called and left messages for the next four weeks and he never replied. Isn't this what is called 'ghosting'? So much for his guarantee and integrity. I had to hire a reputable well known company (Alldredge) to revamp the drip irrigation (some areas were not getting enough water) and to replace many plants and two of the holly trees. The additional work to correct New Horizon's incompetence and disregard for their clients cost me an additional $5,400. If you are looking for an honest and dependable contractor this is not one. Hire at your own risk!

Don't do business with this company!!! By far, this was the worst contractor experience my wife…read moreand I have ever had. Dalton ignores phone calls, doesn't return messages and doesn't acknowledge texts. We hired his firm in the fall to landscape our backyard. We were concerned about the grass taking (hydroseed) because of the lateness of the season. He said the rye would take and he would be back in May to reseed. He kept putting off our start date making us wonder if the rye would even take. He finally finished the fall job, took our money and that was it. We called, texted and left voice mails to get him to return in May. He only called me back after I sent him proof of his commitment. They reseeded in June, but after over a month, nothing appears to be growing except weeds. We have reached out to him to see what he recommends. We aren't even sure there was seed in the batch he used. Anyway, he refuses to acknowledge our concerns. He has been paid and we are left to deal with a horrible back yard. I have attached pictures of what you get from Dalton for $7000.00. We have watered according to their recommendations and we have a horrible yard. Businesses like yours deserve to fail.
