Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made a huge difference. What I really loved is that they can handle my taxes no matter where I live in the United States--that kind of flexibility is amazing. Miguel especially stood out--he was so kind, patient, and really took a lot of the stress off my shoulders. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients. Thank you so much for all your help! I'm looking forward to working with you for many years to come.

We were just looking for simple tax filing for military family with property in different states. When I spoke to Claudia, I shared exactly that information and she said she can accommodate then had setup an appointment for us with her, months ahead before tax deadline. I asked if she had a list of items she will need from us and she said we will receive a text. Fast forward to last week, I received a text to confirm my appointment with tax company, I confirm yes but didn't receive a list of things needed neither a secured link to drop required documents. Night before our appointment my husband put together what we normally drop in a link for previous tax companies, W2, bank statements, receipts for medical, military, donation statements/receipts, work related mileage and uniform care, etc, tax documents from previous year, and of course government identification. We expected to have everything with us when we arrive at our appointment since we were traveling 40 miles one-way to get taxes done. We finally arrived 15 minutes late because of traffic we jumped on the Fastrack not realizing the next exit was a couple miles past our exit...lesson learned. Called to let Claudia know we will be late and check if we should just head back home. The gentleman who answered the call said Claudia was in a meeting and proceeded to say that he is actually going to take care of us and we can still show up for our appointment...interesting we got passed up to someone else but heck that's what we get for arriving late perhaps. We arrive and was asked for our driver licenses, then was asked if we had our social security cards with us...that's a first! I told him we didn't know what you all needed from us so we just brought what we typically bring to tax appointments. And he says that they require a social security card and not to worry because we can just "email" photo images to him. In my line of work, I know that is unacceptable, in fact, all law enforcement affiliates would never recommend you send PII via non-secured email accounts. My husband chimed in and said we have never had to provide social security cards to any tax company and the guy interrupted my husband saying all tax companies do require a social security card by law... I couldn't help but wonder if he thinks we file our taxes outside of the United States because we have been filing taxes for over 30 years and this is the first time any tax company has ever asked for our social security cards. But heck, seems like he wants to be right and that is ok. We were in traffic too long to argue with a wall. Perhaps they are unaware that when U.S. citizens acquire a government ID that social security cards were already verified to obtain a government ID...who knows. Well, we weren't going to sit there and argue with the guy. And we already knew that we don't care to travel another 80 miles just to bring our social security cards because our passports and or Driver licenses didn't suffice. Neither would we ever send photo images or typed characters of our SS numbers via email. We already have to write our SS numbers on tax forms, if IRS cannot verify it with their super secret computers then it comes back to the tax-payer for proper verification. Simple as that and not worth the argument. We told him to have a good day and walked out. One star for allowing us to show up late. No value in this visit and no service was rendered. Just a massive headache from the traffic to get there and the unnecessary banter over social security numbers.

From the moment I reached out, communication was clear, responsive, and efficient. He was flexible with scheduling and came directly to my office in Newport Beach, which made the entire process incredibly convenient. If you're looking for a mobile notary in Newport Beach or Orange County, this is exactly the kind of reliable service you want. Brent is extremely knowledgeable and made sure everything was done correctly while taking the time to explain each step. You can tell he truly cares about his clients and takes pride in his work. I highly recommend Wet Ink Notary Inc and Brent Hernandez for anyone needing a mobile notary, loan signing, or document notarization in Newport Beach, Orange County, or surrounding areas. I will definitely be using his services again. Great price too compared to other people I contacted.

I had been putting it off for a few days, so there was an extra sense of urgency. I gave Brent a call around 10 a.m., he was at my house an hour later doing the notary. And then he came back at 6 p.m. to drop off the apostilled documents. Obviously, I could have taken time out of my day to drive to a place to have it notarized and then drive all the way to downtown LA and all the way back. I did that once, and I'll never do that again. Next time I need to do this, I'm just going to give Brent a call right away. Get it done.

I walked in with my very pregnant self and my 3 boys under the age of ten. We had just done some Father's Day shopping at Boot Barn. I was told they would have Father's Day cards. Walked in and immediately was STARED down by the white old lady at shop. I get it. They have nice things and little kids aren't the safest. But not a freaking word from her. I asked if they had cards and she said, "where the kids are standing!" She was so annoyed by our presence. I didn't want to buy anything from her but my boys wanted to get their dad a crochet football and a card. Fine. We walked up to pay and my son noticed some little coins with crosses on them. He showed them to me and I said they were nice and he put them back. I paid in cash and said I didn't need a bag. She looked over the counter to make sure I put them in I know she wanted to make sure I didn't steal anything!!! She then proceeded to tell my 7 year old that the "tokens" weren't free. I was so confused...what was she talking about?!! She had my son open his hand. It was the CHANGE from the cash I had given her. Her face dropped and the, "so sorry's" started to come out. I didn't say a word. She needs some serious Jesus in her life. I nodded in disbelief. I'm too pregnant to fight with such a disgusting human. My boys were shocked she would think those things. Learning lesson for them about rude people and taking the high road. Shop will unfortunately not last with that terrible customer service.

Then the older lady told me she would speak with the owner; and the owner would call me in the morning if she could help me. I have not received a callback and that says it all. I will not shop here again. They don't stand behind what they sell. I didn't buy these mugs for decoration, I bought them to drink hot beverages out of.
