avoid at all costs…read more update: a year later and the headache continues. instead of calculating the interest to the end of the loan, they didn't do it for the last cycle. this means you have to mail in a check for $1.33. on top of that i was hit with an $80 reconvenience fee that was never disclosed at the beginning. apparently they can't figure out how to include all the fees and interest at the beginning, so they waste more of your time. really unhappy with title one. at least at this point in time i would not recommend using them. -can't get a call back -no one's available to take calls, and they are overloaded -they waited till the last minute on everything. -they sent me closing documents that need notarized and mailed back within 24 hours; even though they were made aware that i wouldn't be able to sign in person and i was told everything would be handled electronically.

According to the realtor there was only one offer in 2 months after the house was listed. I should have received a much better price for the house when it was finally sold. The realtors were lazy and did not do their job. there are much better and more conscientious realtors in Burley. i recommend stay away from this realtor.
