When they finally did the job of painting my indoor window frames, weeks later they started peeling In various places and I do need to note I never used them or touched them. When I tried calling I left a couple messages and texted and heard back once long after the messages. Then I never heard from them after they had asked for photos. I even offered to pay them to come back and fix their initial work. This issue has been going on for months. I strongly suggest you be aware of this company before working with them. Maybe it's just about painting window frames and maybe their better at walls, but that is no reason to treat me like this. I have always been cordial, polite, and patient with these people. I've been thru 3-4 different cleaning companies since I began my Airbnb venture and these guys are by far the most reliable, consistent, thorough and easy to work with. They do what they say. They are keeping my home spotless. I have not had any complaints from any guests! I have a deck and a pool, they keep me informed if the pool level is off (pool tech will rarely do this!) make sure the pool and porch lights are off, take care of iguana droppings by the pool (which 95% of cleaners don't want to deal with!)
