I bought a Groupon for $90 for 3 hours of cleaning. We have a 3 BR/ 2BA house. Darius, the owner, was able to book me for the same week. He was very professional on the phone and in person. He arrived 15 minutes late, by himself though he said there are usually 2 people. He asked what our cleaning priorities were and I said the windows/ sills, bathrooms, and ceiling fan blades. He started on the windows first. Those plus vacuuming the floor, and wiping down our kitchen cabinets took most of the 3 hours. He stayed an extra 30 minutes in order to vacuum the bathrooms, and clean the mirrors, but that was it. The tub/ shower and sinks in both bathrooms were still dirty. The ceiling fans and other furniture were dusty. If he had brought a 2nd person, I am sure more would have been done. Unfortunately that wasn't the case and we were disappointed. read more

I ordered this Groupon because our small condo (847 sq.ft.) was in need of a deep spring cleaning. Correction: is STILL in need of a deep cleaning, even after their services. We are by no means slobs, and generally do a good job of keeping up with cleaning ourselves, but our schedules have been crazy hectic lately and I wanted a top-to-bottom cleaning. Let me mention, first of all, that they rescheduled on me twice, and the second time was with only 20 minutes notice after I had blocked off 4 hours in my calendar to take off work in order to be here. Then, when we had a last minute issue with our building's water, they threatened to charge US a reschedule fee. We eventually came to an agreement about this, but mostly because I needed to hurry up and get it over with, after weeks of reschedules on their part. The worst part, however, and what is making me leave this feedback, is that the condo is nowhere near clean, much less deeply so. There is still dust on vented doors I specifically mentioned needed cleaning; there are obviously missed spots on the floor in the bathroom and kitchen, and a general film throughout all the floors. It's as if they weren't even Swiffered, much less professionally mopped. My feet were black the night of the cleaning, immediately after showering. I specifically asked for under the bed to be mopped, and it doesn't even look swept, there's so much dust there. I spent the money for the highest level cleaning because if I wanted a cursory 'straightening up/wiping down' I'd have had time to do it myself. I am very disappointed with this service. The faucets weren't even wiped down, much less scrubbed, and the bathtub has looked better when my boyfriend has cleaned it (and he's certainly no pro). I'd imagine a deep cleaning to include cracks and crevices but there were spots completely out in the open that were completely missed. The cleaner took her time, all 4 hours, but did the worst job I've ever seen a professional cleaner do. ESPECIALLY in South Florida, you have to have more attention to detail in order to be a professional cleaner. I didn't even have her do laundry, dishes, vacuuming, or linens/beds and she was still unable to do an acceptable job. As I mentioned before, I'm very disappointed and would not recommend anyone using these services. I don't have time to have them come back out, and I'm not interested in getting any kind of discount on future services, since these were so sub-par. My schedule is hectic because of my job and I expect things done well the first time. I tipped the maid, because I've worked for tips before myself and I sympathize with the work, but I would never use her again. For your own good, the ease of your schedule, and the cleanliness of your home - use a different service. There are plenty just as affordable as this "deal" that will do a much better job. read more

Great service! My husband bought me a 2 hour cleaning service as a gift. Instead of one person spending 2 hours cleaning, two people came and got it done in just over one hour, which was great. (They didn't finish in one hour, but they stayed as long as it took to get everything clean, which I appreciated). They were professional and polite and my house looked great. Beware of purchasing Groupon's for this cleaning company! I found a deal for 4 hours of deep cleaning services at $129. I have never used a cleaning company before so I thought "what a deal!" They were scheduled to come on May 19th. The owner, Regine, called a few days before and said they had scheduling conflicts and wanted to know if they could send 2 people to clean for 2 hours instead of 1 for 4 hours. I was fine with it as long as I still got the deep cleaning of my home. On the 19th, the owner and her husband actually were the ones that came out. They arrived on time and were friendly. She reviewed with me what my priorities for the deep cleaning and as we walked around I explained I particularly wanted the bathrooms and kitchens cleaned as usual , but because I really wanted a deep cleaning, I wanted them to concentrate on doing the windows from the inside, everything dusted including under the furniture and beds, ceiling fans, etc because I have pets, and I wanted the floors swept and mopped very well. I was present in the home the entire time and noticed that they seemed to be spending most of their time in the bathrooms. When I asked, they stated they would get to everything else shortly. I also noticed they did not bring a mop or bucket, just a Swiffer Wet jet. I asked them they needed yo use our mop and bucket, but they stated they use the Swifter typically. That should have been red flag number one!!!! How do you deep clean a house of tile with just a Swiffer WetJet?!? After 2 hours she had me walk around with her and as we open doors, we kept finding piles of dirt that were never swept up. They frantically swept them up and seemed to be in a hurry to get out. After the walk through, my husband asked whether if they were to come back again ever, would they please use a mop with bleach on the floors instead in the future. She said of course. They left and said I would receive an email to leave a review and quote for regular services. After several weeks I still had never heard from them so I telephoned to follow up and let her know that I was not satisfied with the deep cleaning I was supposed to had received. I explained that after they left we had checked under the beds and furniture and there is no way they never cleaned under any of it. The windows were also never touched. She acted like she was unclear who had cleaned the house and when I reminded that it was her and her husband, she seemed shocked. Instead of apologizing, she continued to argue with me that they had done the windows, mopped, and cleaned under all the furniture. Remember, we were here and as I stated my husband actually asked if next time they could use a mop and bucket so there is no misunderstanding that they had only used the Swiffer mop. For the next 30 minutes she argued on the phone with me that I received a "maintenance cleaning" instead of a deep cleaning because it was only $129. I kept asking her then why do they advertise a 4 hour deep cleaning for that price on Groupon if that is not what you receive. Finally I gave up because it seems like she was blaming me instead of trying to correct the matter. We left it at her offering to send someone back out and do a 4.hour deep cleaning for $199 now. My advice is be careful about purchasing Groupons from this company and take pictures afterwards if you are not satisfied because she will argue with you about whether the work was done or not. I certainly will not be purchasing another cleaning from them or recommend their services. I am insulted that they want another $199 to get the cleaning I did not get for at $129!
