After my furniture arrived, Jackie called to let me know everything was ready. During that conversation, he asked if I already had a foundation for the bed because he wanted to make sure I had everything I needed before delivery. As it turns out, I did need one. He had them in stock, added two Twin XL foundations to my order, and delivered them with the rest of the furniture that same day. The previous retailer never even mentioned that I would need a foundation. Jackie anticipated a need I didn't even know I had and solved the problem before it became one. That's customer service. Everything arrived together, was assembled professionally, and was exactly what I ordered. Furniture can be purchased almost anywhere.
