I am a retired general contractor and I know about many of the issues that can come up with these types of jobs - all the issues were handled in a professional manner by Joseline. She personally delivered tile in her personal car when a time deadline was near - amazing. The crews for the installation of the carpet and wood flooring were great (I used a friend for the tile installation.) They had to move furniture and had to deal with clutter - no damages and no complaints - all were friendly and professional - great job by all. Multiple people dropped the ball on my UC (under the cabinet lighting) multiple times and because of this the job was not done the way I wanted it. I finally got the bar lights and one has fallen down twice. (I just fixed it myself) I wanted two outlets in my island, but settled for one just to be done with it. The "top tier" cabinets, with "triple baked on paint" are ehh. I have paint coming off (see photo) on the edge of the garbage can cabinet. If the bag isn't pulled out straight up it with rip. So, what would cause the paint to rub off? Warped cabinet doors, they said to wait a year for the full cycle of the seasons and the doors will straighten on their own. Has not happened. Again, these are they're top tier, most expensive cabinets. I have a spot, next to my stovetop, where they missed putting grout between the backsplash and the countertop. (see phot) I haven't bothered to call Full Measure to fix it For the he money I spent, I expected better.

When we moved into our 30 yr old house three years ago, the local movers damaged our hallway wall…read moreand heater vent. Mark fixed both the wall and the vent. He even cleaned out and vacuumed behind the vent where previous workers had left a huge mess. He didn't have to do this. Since the mess was behind the wall we would never have known. On top of all this, he spent time trying to find a new vent. He couldn't find one, but that was okay because he cleaned up the old vent so that is looks new. You cannot tell that there was ever any damage. The mover's insurance paid for this repair, but we were so impressed that we had him repair a dining room chair that was damaged by our long distance movers. He did a fantastic job! To this day, we can't figure out which chair was repaired. All six chairs look the same. We paid for the chair repair, but Marks prices are reasonable. So, here we are three years later. Our Lane chest would not close properly. We noticed that the hinges were bent. I removed the hinges thinking that we could easily replace them. I was wrong. The hinges have offset holes and the chest is rather old. We could not find hinges to match, so my husband called Mark. Not only did re-bend the old hinges to their proper shape. After he replaced the hinges, he touched up and polished our chest so that is now looks brand new and closes properly. Mark is a perfectionist which is rare these days. He shows up on time. His prices are fair. He is pleasant. His work is fantastic.
