We were sort of at a loss for what to do since not many places seem to do this type of work so we gave them a second chance. Not only did the owner show up on time for the quote, he was extraordinarily helpful and gave us some good tips on other surfaces and how to maintain. Extremely knowledgeable, very nice guy. They were very accommodating with scheduling and the day of they were on time and ready to roll. We initially called them to restore and reseal our stone tile that was in horrible shape from not being cleaned or maintained properly from the previous owner. We tried everything we could and just couldn't get it clean. After the visit and asking some questions, we ended up with the trifecta of things we didn't even know he did. Not because he was pushy by any means, he actually told us how to do it ourselves but we asked if he did work like that because it would take us FOREVER and would be one of those weekend projects we would procrastinate (not to mention the cost of materials we'd have to get and only use a tiny amount of). What we ended up with was deep cleaning and resealing of the stone (travertine) tile, polishing and resealing of our granite countertops, and carpet cleaning of the high traffic areas. Yup. They do all that. And his prices were extremely reasonable. The guys were great- extremely professional and friendly. The tools they use are pretty cool as well and they explained what each of them was doing. We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend them. So, a couple of tips: - Follow up with them if you don't get an immediate response. There were a couple of things that were forgotten but quickly remedied. I think they're just busy and a family-run business so some communication details get lost in the shuffle. (hey, remember that quote you said you were going to send by email?...) - We thought it was going to take at least half a day but we moved everything we could off the surfaces which seemed to cut the time in half, if not more. I think they normally do move a lot of things for folks because they seemed surprised. lol We also vacuumed everything right before they came over. - If you have granite or quartz countertops and have never resealed/polished them- do it. I don't think ours had ever been done and they are as smooth as glass now (more so than they were). - Ask them questions! They're a wealth of knowledge and will give you all sorts of good info for maintaining the surfaces and how to take care of them. - When they do the first pass with the cleaner on your tile, brick, or whatever you will feel like a dirty little hamster. I promise you. It was so nasty but have solace in the fact that they've probably seen worse. LOL

Several companies came out and just scratched their heads, not knowing what to do. Jerry and his son from New Again knew exactly what had happened and how to restore them. It took a few weeks before they could get back out because they are in such demand. They even had to order a special sanding pad for my job but were very fair in their price, considering the extent of the work they did. The stairs look great now! I'm attaching photos because seeing is believing. New Again is fair, honest, and knowledgeable. My only criticism is that that his email quote directed me to a website that charged me the full amount before the work was done. However, I will be calling them in the future when I need other surfaces restored.

The floors in the kitchen had to be torn up and matched to the floors in the living room and dining room, as they were all in the "line of sight". The existing floors are 20 years old and quite worn. The new floor boards were laid in the kitchen, and ALL the floors had to be sanded and stained to match. I defy anyone to come into my house and tell me where the new floors end and where the old floors start. They literally did a perfect job. No one can tell the difference. We love the color. We have natural American cherry, and it is hard to work with because it changes color so much as it ages. Yes, the old and the new look exactly the same. And they are gorgeous! Everyone at the company is very professional and easy to deal with. Kevin, the owner is an amazing guy and stands behind his product and his employees. He called during the process to make sure we were happy. In the end, there was one mistake made, as some grout in a transition spot from the kitchen floor to the tile in the laundry room got missed. As soon as I called him, he apologized, took responsibility and had someone out to fix it. Great customer service. Not to mention, they finished early! How often does that happen when you are having work done on your home? HIGHLY recommend this company. Pricing was very competitive. Cheaper than other estimates I got.

What the hell kinda company doesnt allow their PMs to mess with the contracts? Or contract vendors or subs that are better for the project? Thats the job.... They are messing with families livelihoods and not looking back. Apparently they had hired another person as PM and that person they also let go after working there for only one week prior to hiring my wife. I see the pattern of a company that doesnt give a care in the world for the people they hire and their livelihoods, thats what i see. So, if u fit 95% of the general populations living situations (having a family) i wouldnt suggest working here. Just my opinion...
