I want to frequently reassert my complaint about this company Essentially, they left with countertops remodel unfinished. The piece behind the stove is too long. It leaves a space on both sides of the stove because the pieces on both sides can't come together because of the long piece in the back. There cutting to fit leaves a lot to desired. They put a piece of the quartz countertop in the main focus of the kitchen that doesn't match anything near it. Or anywhere in our kitchen. They certainly are not customer be happy oriented. I intend to post much more frequently in the future so others can make a educated decision.

We recently subcontracted Star Granite to install $3500+ of granite in our fully renovated kitchen…read more After the install we noted the following inadequacies: -Damage in many places (6 or so) to our brand new cabinets which necessitated replacement of drawer fronts and refinishing -Sink area not cut adequately to fit our sink/faucet although we provided both for measurement/layout beforehand -Sink area nosing didn't match on all sides of the sink, even leaving sharp edges in areas -Caulking which looked like it was installed by me (an amateur) -Schmutz left on the cabinets and floors due to dribbled liquids -No protection of newly refinished floors -Other quality issues like leaving a full shim exposed under our breakfast bar area. To their credit, over a period of several weeks, they corrected some of the above including purchasing/installing replacement cabinet parts and recutting the granite around the sink. They would not, even when asked, consider any adjustment to the final price even though they did not repair all damage and finally completed their services several weeks later than originally indicated. I would suggest seeking a professional company for your countertop install. It was a stark difference, almost comical, to compare the HVAC contractor we had in our home at the same time. Really helped us to understand what a professional contractor looks like and how they should care for your home.

JoAnn Moon has told me so many lies about the delivery that it is unreal. She keeps changing her story and forgets what she said last time. The setter bailed on her and the weather has been bad. I live in GA and we've had some beautiful days since October of last year. I was even told I didn't get the setting but I quickly told her to refer to the invoice. I asked for my money back since she refuses to deliver my item. I received a partial check and a note that says she couldn't find anyone to set it and the weather was bad so she wasn't giving me a full refund. You have got to be kidding me. This woman is so unprofessional that it's not even funny. She raises her voice at you and even hung up on me when I caught her in a lie. Now I have to take this company to court so I can get my remaining money.
