The day of inspection, I received a phone call from a very friendly lady who called to confirm my appointment and to advise me if the 2 gents that I was meeting to inspect the property I am under contract to purchase. This company was in contact a few times closer to appointment because, my realtor called me 2-3times closer to appointment to update me they did not get the key to get access to the home however, they successfully got access to home & headed out after all. I was excited about the inspection because I could barely sleep the night before so, I was U early glad they got access to the home to put my nervousness to rest. Upon me arriving a few minutes late due to traffic from a rainy day, the 2guys were there & waiting for me. They were just wrapping up & walked me through, their findings. I even learned a few things while they made suggestions & explained what they were doing with equipment they had. I was greatly appreciative of them & their professionalism. The very next day, I & my realtor received the inspection report which included all the pictures they took explaining their findings. I would recommend them to any home buyers as they provided wonderful service, even upto the follow up email I receive yesterday. I give them 5stars! Their lack of professionalism and false reporting not only caused the termination of the home sale but unnecessary stress, time and money for the home seller. First and foremost the home inspection was rushed and inadequately performed. It was evident that the inspector(s) Jeff and the franchise owner did not take the appropriate amount of time to thoroughly assess the property. As a result, crucial issues were either overlooked or inadequately reported, leading to a grave misrepresentation of the home's condition. What was even more disheartening was the complete lack of empathy and accountability displayed by the home inspector. When I reached out to discuss the inaccuracies in the report, they showed no interest in addressing the situation or providing any explanation for submitting false information. Their dismissive attitude only added insult to injury. A home inspection is a critical step in the buying and selling process and one expects a professional, thorough and unbiased assessment. Unfortunately, Pillar to Post Home Inspectors-The TM Team failed to meet these basic expectations. Their negligence not only wasted my client's time and money but also jeopardized the entire sale. I strongly advise anyone considering using Pillar to Post Home Inspectors-The TM Team to proceed with caution. Their lack of integrity, inadequate inspection practices and disregard for serious concerns are red flags that should not be ignored. It's essential to choose a reputable and trustworthy home inspection company to avoid the frustrations and consequences we experienced. It should also be noted that Bug House Pest Control in Madison, GA works hand in hand with Pillar to Post Home Inspectors-The TM Team. Bug house performed their inspection and also came back with opposite information. This home has been bonded with another pest control company for years and has always come back with a clean report.
