My daughter got her nose pierced without any issues. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, & patient. The piercing is healing nicely.

They do NOT follow posted hours & when they tell you they accept walk ins for piercings when you call, it's not true. Piercer leaves after last appointment. Just go somewhere else, period. read more

I took my daughter to Turning Point Tattoos to get her belly button pierced. MeLissa (hope I'm spelling that right) was her artist. She did an absolutely amazing job. I was so impressed with how spotless the building was. MeLissa cleans all her instruments in one of those ultra sonic high temperature purifying oven devices. She then stores her instrument in sealed bags (just like the doctors office. She wore gloves, a mask and cleaned everything down with alcohol (including the procedure table, surgical tray and all counter tops. She used iodine to prep my daughter for the procedure. It was so professional and impressive. I felt like I was at a doctors office. I highly recommend her for any of your piercing needs. And any of the other staff for all your expert tattoo needs. They do an amazing job there. read more

Please save yourself the money for a coverup tattoo and just don't go here in the first place. I have never seen a good tattoo pumped from this place, only botched ones. If you're thinking "maybe i could just get a piercing instead" NOPE, i'd trust myself to do a piercing before coming back here. read more

Set up a consultation with James and he blew me off. I waited for 45 minutes. Didn't get a text from him till 3 hours later. I agreed to give him another chance and the douche bag blew me off again. 20 minutes of waiting and I left. The people that work with him are nice but he needs to learn some manners. Never will I go back to an establishment that can't respect their customers better. My time is just as valuable as his. read more

I absolutely love Turning Point Tattoos and my artist James Laing. I originally came in looking for color work done for my first arm piece. Eric recommended James and now I have 2 pieces on my forearms and working on a full sleeve on the right. James is always easy to work with and has a wealth of knowledge on composition, color and body mapping. Scheduling an appointing with James is super easy as he works with my sometimes crazy schedule and I'm always happy with the result when I go! James Laing over charges and won't complete his work, doesn't return phone calls either. Steer clear of him! Mark Goodrich has done some really nice work for a couple of my friend so I'll be going to him to complete what James isn't man enough to handle and for my future work. Yesterday around noon I messaged the shop's Facebook asking if my 4 coworkers and I would be able to schedule an appointment for 6:30 to come in and get matching tattoos, which were only an inch or two sized, maybe a 20 minute tattooing time. I was told to call the shop and speak to Everett to confirm and told that it wouldn't be an issue. My coworker called and confirmed shortly after. We ended up only having a group of 4 instead of 5, which I thought was to his advantage. I was told this man was immediately rude and pissed off to even still be there at 6:30. They arrived and I was on my way as they were starting up the third person. My coworker called me to tell me not to bother coming because this dude was so fed up and rude because he couldn't be home already and refused to tattoo the fourth person of the group, me. He apparently made blatantly rude comments throughout the entire process and complained about doing his JOB the entire time. I have never had an issue with this shop and am livid at the disrespect my coworkers dealt with yesterday. Not dissing the other employees of this establishment because I've never had a problem in the past, but clearly Everett will not be getting another penny from us in the future. Get his sorry ass out of there. To say I'm pissed about the entire situation is an understatement. read more
