Let me just say I think some people look at things from their point of view versus the business point of view. I say this being someone who has been part of a business for over 20 years. A lot of people look at things and think the customer is always right, but it's not that way. It is easy to put down on things when they aren't done the way you want them. The last time I was there ray was working on my tattoo he did amazing work but he's not the only one there that does amazing work all of the staff there does amazing work I've had so many people ask me where I got my tattoo and who did it, every time someone would ask me where should they get there first tattoo I always recommend them to monster ink they do great work for a great price they are asking you many many questions so they can get your tattoo how you want it they are respectful to all there consumes. Molly did my butterfly and it was my first tattoo, she worked so well with me and is so sweet! She also did my flower hip piece and it turned out amazing. By far the best tattoo parlor in Louisiana. The customer service is great and the environment is fun as well as very clean. I had my nipples pierced by another guy in Alabama and he put in the wrong size/type of bar. I went to Jake and he switched everything out as well as gave me new cleaning instructions and I haven't had any problems since. I would 100% recommend! Best tattoo place around. The service I received was great, very professional and clean. My tattoo is awesome and they went over all the aftercare, healed great and can't wait to get another one from them. They do stay pretty booked but I saw on their Facebook they had limited openings and was able to book that weekend. Check their fb for cancellations and last minute openings. read more
