I mean......uh so I gave him said info and a text came back with an ETA. We hopped in and we took off. Hair blowing, sun shining, and PETE was full of info and spunk. We laughed and had a blast for our 7 min journey from Uptown to the Perot. When he dropped us off we booked him for an hour or so later. He text me when he was 5 min away and we went back down and hopped over to the Crow Collection. They do not have set hours, but try to end by 11pm. 13 Frogs in the Fleet. All over uptown to FairPark and in between. If a game at the AAC, or an event at AT&T, etc is taking place they book up super fast. So be in the know you may wait a bit for a ride. They hold I think 6 ppl in each and are installing doors. I like the open air about them though. They are super clean. You just feel like a kid all over again. It is amazeballs. Do not be an uptown jerk and freeload like a $30,000 millionaire. Lets keep these guys going. The advertisement and our tips, bc they do not charge for rides, will have the Frogs creating Tadpoles. They will have you sign a contract with terms allowing them to postpone any trip "due to unforeseen circumstances ". They will make up an unforeseen circumstance. In my case, one of the "group's lead traveler" had a FUTURE family emergency she had to attend to do. Meaning on Oct 27th her family member WILL HAVE an emergency on Nov 11th through the 20th (this was our trip dates planned). So this is how they legally steal your money. They will concoct an unforeseen circumstance in order to keep your money. This is called a "contractual scam".

This travel agency is located in a tall office building. There's not outside signage, so you probably just need to rely on the building number. Go up a few floors and walk around until you find Iace Travel. There is plenty of brochures on travel when you walk in, mostly focused on Japan travel. We sat down with someone and exchanged information (name, travel dates, passport, etc). After the exchange we waited for about 10 minutes while the staff member was compiling everything that was needed for the JR Pass. Once that was done and payment was complete, we were good to go. My dad should be getting lost in Japan in a few days! The transaction was pretty easy but customer service wasn't as friendly and informational, so I knocked down one star for that one. At least we got the JR Pass in a timely manner, and we got it at a discounted rate. We were told that online prices are cheaper by a few dollars!
