I'm going on a hawaiian vacation and because it's such short notice i needed help. Called this company because of the yelp rating. I spoke to Belinda...she was extremely knowledgeable about the islands and offered several exciting suggestions. She took all my info and was going to email me a package. I NEVER RECEIVED AN EMAIL. Called back a day and a half later and left a detailed message in case she had my email address wrong and left my phone number. ..again. STILL NO REPLY. I called a different agency. They gave me rates and emailed my package immediately. I will be going on vacation but no thanks to Turtle Creek Travel. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY. read more

Charles helped us plan the most wonderful, relaxing "babymoon" vacation that we could have hoped for. My husband and I wanted to take one last romantic vacation as a couple before our daughter arrived, but I was too tired from my pregnancy and busy with baby preparations to put any energy into planning a trip. Charles took my description that we wanted somewhere tropical, relaxing, not too difficult to fly to, and with access to a good hospital just in case I needed it. That was all he needed. He went to work and within the next day called me with three options with amazing resorts and he even researched the hospitals nearby each of them to be sure that was covered. We picked a resort in Ixtapa, Mexico, that I never would have found on my own. He landed us an incredible deal on the room rate and made sure that all the arrangements were in place. He also helped us figure out how to use our miles for tickets, even though we were planning travel around the holidays and most freebie flights were gone. We arrived at the resort without any problems. It was spectacular!!! Probably the nicest place we'd ever stayed on vacation. Full ocean views (the entire place was built into a cliff side), our own mini pool on the patio, and everything you could want taken care of. One day we didn'y even leave our room until late in the day, it was that nice. A real spoil yourself type of place, and just what we needed with me 6 months pregnant. We had the best vacation with absolutely no hassle, and a location and prices that I'd never have been able to find on my own. Charles went above and beyond and did an amazing job!
