Even the restaurant at the golf course has fresh pastas, salads, and chilled seafood. The service is pretty good but the people there try very hard to please with sometimes limited English skills (our problem, not theirs in this Rome weekender resort). The rooms were also nice though not as nice as the photos from the website lead one to believe. The golf course is in good condition and it's challenging enough.
