I had to switch to a new hairstylist to get an appointment in and decided on Jessilyn due to her being a senior stylist. I made an appointment a week in advance. Everything was going well till the person at the front desk came to the back where I was at the sinks getting rinsed and said there was a person that needed to get their hair styled and could Jessilyn do it. With no regard to me and my in-progress appointment she agreed. From there on I was delegated to the helpers in the salon to finish what was needed at the sinks. Jessilyn then rushed over cut my hair quickly in an obvious rush to get to the other client and then delegated the helper to blow dry my hair. It was obvious the poor helper did not know what she was doing. I ended up with a flat head of hair with no body. Jessilyn who was next to me cutting the other person's hair, did not even check to see how my hair turned out and if there needed to be any additional trimming made to my hair. When I went to pay, I mentioned what happened to the front desk person, and she got very rude and asked me to pay and leave. At that point I was very disappointed and not happy with the treatment of a long-time customer and left. I know they want to make money and fit in as many customers as possible but, if there is a customer in the middle of getting a haircut and color, they should not shortchange them just to make more money and fit someone else in. This was far and away the best experience I've had.
