I went in with great hope. The product was sold and promises were made. After three months, I had enough. I was patronized. When there was a problem, text were returned late or not at all. Every appointment I was waiting 15 to 30 minute. The first appointment I received a text say they would see me in 1/2 hour. When I got there I had to reschedule. They could not see me and I had to come back the day. For the expense, the terrible experience was not worth the time or effort. Within less than two months, I paid over $750 for services that required multiple correction visits due to issues created during the original work, including incorrect color matching, a crooked hairline, and the unit lifting. These visits were not optional or "extra" -- they were necessary fixes. Despite this, I was told that clients need to "step up" on maintenance, which was frustrating and inappropriate given that the problems being addressed were the result of the service itself, not neglect. Being told to "step up" after paying a significant amount in a short period of time -- while still fixing basic issues -- felt dismissive and unprofessional. Communication throughout this process was poor. Membership terms, pricing expectations, and limits on corrections were not clearly explained upfront, and I was repeatedly told to speak to different people for answers, creating confusion instead of resolution. During a professional discussion about correcting the work and clarifying billing, an employee disclosed personal medical information unrelated to the issue at hand. While I sympathize with anyone facing health challenges, this was not appropriate in a business conversation and came across as deflection rather than accountability. Overall, this experience lacked professionalism, clear communication, and responsibility for the work performed. I go to Maile for my nails and they are the best nails ever! They last so long and she can do almost any design that you ask for. She has every color under the sun. She is one of the only people Reno that can do hard gel nails. They are easier on my natural nails, last much longer than other types and rarely break. She takes her time and has a great little private space. 10/10 recommend. read more

Kirsten not only listens to what you ask for rather than doing what SHE wants to do, she makes fabulous suggestions when asked for them, and has a knowledge base that shows in her cutting and color work. She can copy any shown picture with ease, and seems to make it look even better!
