The man at the front desk was incredibly polite and showed me around the entire gym, which is much larger than I expected. :D Because this gym is attached to a physical therapy unit, there are physicians who will even give you a complimentary once-over if you think you injured yourself somehow. Great gym, great people, and they are all about crossfit…read more Besides looking beautiful, with its bright turf and open space, the gym has a variety of functional equipment that are guaranteed to work muscles that you can't get worked with your standard gym visit. They have an open area where you can play with battle ropes, giant tires, weighted sleds, and more. The staff here are a wonderful, dedicated bunch. They encourage you to do your best, they give good instruction, and they make you feel welcomed. The workouts last 50 minutes and they consist of team-oriented, high-intesity interval training (HIIT) exercises that push you to your limit. If you stick with this training, you will definitely be in great shape.
