I looked into purchasing long term care insurance several years ago through my bank. They essentially informed me I could not afford it. It turned out not only to be a presentation of the insurance plans and policies they offered, but also an open discussion and comparison of all the possible ways of covering oneself in later years. There was no pressure and I came away with a lot of very useful information. Soon after, I made an appointment with Becky Eshleman, Risk Manager. Over several meetings and follow-up emails, Ms. Eshleman came up with with dozens of scenarios. They were based on reasonable predictions and factors that spoke to my particular needs and budget. My limited knowledge on the subject and many questions were consistently met with respect and clear explanations. I actually understood the options and in the end was able to make an informed choice. I have been with Bill Tutterow's office since I moved here 5 years ago from Florida. They are always very helpful and prompt in getting back to me whenever I need something. They can't control the rates but always call and let me know when to expect an increase and let me know of upcoming changes to my policy. They even called me before the spring because I didn't have coverage on my mountain home in case my sump pump failed during the expected spring run off. I've had several different customer service people over the years but they are always personable and compassionate. Our house was broken into two years back and they couldn't have been kinder. They called every week or so just to make sure everything was going smoothly. The claims process was quick and easy and we were back to normal in no time. We even receive a discount now for installing our alarm system. I recommend Tutt and his staff to everyone I know. read more

I would not recommend this office at all. It seems like the staff is ever changing and you never have the same person. You finally have one person who has been there awhile and is good and then they're gone. It seems like something has happened to this agent over the years and the customer service has gone downhill. All the new staff have no idea how to manage the policies or answer the questions. I always believe it starts at the top and something is going on there. They never have consistency in anything so you can never count on it to be reliable. I'm sure they will tell you it will be but it never will. It's pretty sad to have to write a bad review but I would not recommend anyone go here and I have since taken my business elsewhere. If you are going to chose State Farm, I would highly recommend another agent. read more

I have been a very satisfied customer for the last 28 years. We have been helped in every situation that life has presented. As a family with 4 children growing up in Boulder, it would have been impossible without all the help from Bill Tutterow, and his qualified staff. There has been consistent great quality service throughout these 28 years. If there wasn't I would not have stayed so long. It has been proven to be the best coverage for all 4 of our now grown and driving children. Three of whom are boys, which cost more to insure until the turn 25. I thank the staff and many crews over the years for their help and dedication to paying their claims.
