As a new aunt, I was really excited to find that a small, local baby store was nearby. They carry cute (although pricey) baby clothes and other things. There is a lot of stuff for girls. My enthusiasm was soon quelled by the several female employees completely ignoring my presence. I had to ring a doorbell to get in, so they definitely knew I was there. One of them who might have been an owner or manager (she was instructing some of the other employees to do things in the back room) gave me a once over and continued to ignore me. Sorry I didn't just get a fancy blowout and wasn't waving an expensive handbag around. The 3+ employees continued to huddle in the back of the store chatting with some other female customer. I made a second attempt to visit this store to check out chewbeads (a silicon necklace babies like to teeth on) in person with friend and was also ignored. With so many other options for maternity and baby needs (big box stores and online stores) around, Tutti Bambini did not try to make me feel welcome. read more

Most of the store is 70% off and even then, I left without purchasing anything. The staff was very rude. Woman at cashier didn't as much as acknowledge me. Woman on sales floor basically followed us customers around while saying "why can't people look at items without making a mess". She also made a comment about a costumer who frequents the store and doesn't buy anything, and how she didn't understand why she continues to go by and just look. Completely turned off by the staff. There were some good items on sales (strollers and big items) clothing, headbands, etc, but impossible to shop with someone following you and making rude comments out loud. read more

Wonderful place to shop for maternity items and baby clothes. A concierge service for mothers to be that guides them step by step through all the details of pregnancy. I had a great experience using their services while I was pregnant. Used them for my babyshower as well as for the decoration of the nursery. Took classes with them including lactation classes and baby 101. Helpful and friendly staff. Had lots of fun shopping at Tutti Bambini! read more

I don't have a baby, and I do not know anything about babies. That being said, when I am invited to a baby shower, I want to bring something that the mother is going to love. I also do not want to spend a thousand hours building a pyramid out of diapers. I called and spoke to Patty who picked out something perfect, texted a picture for me to approve, and made a gorgeous basket under budget. Cute stuff, but definitely overpriced. I don't know how they survive with corporate giants like Babies R Us and Buy Buy Baby just a few miles away, but I'm all about the mom and pop shops, so kudos! Haven't really taken any of their mommy classes, but the selection looks promising. Not a fan of their customer service. I have been shopping at Tutti Bambini for as long as I can remember. Not only do they have THE best staff I've ever met but these ladies will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with every purchase! I only want the best for my little boy and they have definitely always provided that. The way I see it, Tutti Bambini is literally a one stop shop, from baby registry to event planning and photography. I get to visit and build relationships with the same individuals that have been with me from the very start. Where else could you possibly say that you would encounter that, especially in Miami!! This place is adorable! It's the perfect spot for a great gift or a special holiday outfit for your little one. I walked in last summer near the 4th of July and found this incredible red, white and blue lace one piece jumper for my 6 month old - it looked one-of-a-kind and it wasn't expensive at all! They have a huge selection of bows and accessories, too. Plus they have all sorts of baby gear your can try out and classes (newborn care, nursing, first aid, etc) It's a great resource for moms looking for support! read more

Not only merchandise was over prized but i got a parking ticket for parking infront of the store on a saturday morning, that is a metered parking with no signs and the store parking says reserved parking but does not says for store customers only.. amazon and dromes is the way to go.... read more

This review is not for the store but for their yearly baby "expo"... and their owner or whatever "Tutti mommy" is. I am so sad and so disappointed to say the expo was a total joke. I attended Big City Moms baby expo last year during my first pregnancy and I was so looking forward for this, not only did I get my ticket worth on prizes and goodie bags but we were served finger foods and drinks and the quantity and quality of vendors was amazing. This time around Tutti Bambini did a horrible job, having so many great sponsors you would think they would be a hit... nope, the platinum goodie bags are worth about $15 (the ticket was $75).. there were barely any actual baby/kids vendors (most were jewelry, lotions and things that are not even Baby related. related).. and we didn't even get water offered. I've been to tons of expo, baby and non baby related, and when a ticket is more than $35 you get your money worth on other things like service, drinks or to the very least water so this isn't my first rodeo. I hope I can write an actual review somewhere, I came because I read an excellent review about heir first year and I'm expecting my second child so I was really hoping to see more and better things. To top it off, one of the guys in charged of the planning (husband of one of Tutti mommy) was smoking an electronic cigar... give me a freacking break, it's a BABY expo, there were tons of tiny under 3 month old babies, if your addiction is such a problem, step outside and smoke it where no kids will be affected. Seriously, if i could get my money back I totally would. To top it off "Tutti mommy" commented on my review on Facebook to later delete it and then blocked me and a few other making negative reviews on Instagram (because clearly I was not the only one you can check FB) read more

I was very excited when i moved to miami and learned of this store, reminded me of the cute baby boutiques that i frequented in seattle and washington d.c.. I have tried on SEVERAL occasions to go here and support the local businesses instead of the larger chains such Buy Buy Baby and Diapers.com. Every time i have walked into this establishment, no one ever even looks up to acknowledge my existence and then when i actually try to engage them to ask them a question i appear to be annoying them. One year ago, i tried to get their photographer to take pictures of my newborn and my other 2 children but i never got a call back. I gave them a pass for this as I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and maybe they had no control over the photographer calling me back. Then i went in to look for a a belly bandit after i had my baby, no one again was interested in helping me so i called my boutique in seattle and had them send it to me. I decided to give them one last chance, recently, i walked in and wanted to buy a orbit baby toddler car seat. I was told that the car seat reclined in the rear facing direction, which i know is absolutely false and is one of the major knocks against this carseat, however the sales lady was adamant that it reclined. My husband told me not to buy it from them if they don't even know their products, given they only sell baby products and they should. I decided that i would forgive this yet again and proceed ahead with purchasing this car seat from them. I called them on Saturday and asked them if they had the car seat in black, and after 10 minutes and 2 different saleswomen on the line i finally was told they had it. BUT, they could not get it for me until earliest tuesday and that i had to pay for it for them to get it out of the warehouse. I told them given their no return policy, i wanted to look at the carseat before i purchase it and they seemed to understand. They took my name and number and told me they would call me back in one hour and i have never heard back from them again. I guess they don't need my patronage or my business, next time i will take my husbands advice. I will go ahead and give my business to the larger chains and will never go into this store again. read more
