I've been hearing about the cheap and nice clothes sold in Tutuban, but I had no idea just how cheap until I went there myself. I was able to assemble a nice summer outfit for P540 only. That includes a blouse, shorts, flat sandals, and even a hat and a necklace! Yes, all for that price! Of course I had to really walk around and look to see the clothes with good prices. But it's nice to explore - the tiangge stalls are brightly lit and have colorful items on display. And, we came near Chinese New Year, so there were red paper lanterns hanging above us as we went around.
The market also includes a food court, where my friends and I had dinner. There were fish and seafood paluto meals for affordable prices, with a few at even less than P100. That was one of the cheapest but delicious dinners I had. read more
