Bird Blaster (Pest Bird Management) hauled away many garbage bags of waste, put up stronger spikes the pigeons can't get around, and applied "magic (nontoxic) sauce" that gives the pigeons a tummy ache. Those pigeons tell other pigeons and remember to avoid that roof. I am not making this up. Two days later, not a pigeon to be seen. Worth every damn penny.
