We called Jeremy with Tech Bros and he came out and worked on the system. We still experienced issues with the doorbell camera. Called Jeremy again and he found that the camera had issues from the manufacturer. He recommended a replacement which we agreed upon and he installed it. No problems since then. Throughout this process Tech Bros was responsive to our needs and quick to respond to them. There was no charge for any of this work. As stated in our Aug 26 review we highly recommend Tech Bros and certainly will use their services again if needed. They do quality work and stand behind it.

We took it over to them and they immediately helped us find the part online. They said they would order it, and would let us know when it came in. A few days later, they called us and informed us they had the part in. They went above and beyond to not only help install the broken part, but also started from scratch with putting the computer back together... fixing the many mistakes we had made ourselves. They did it free of charge, and they didn't make much profit out of the part they ordered for us. What incredible men that work there! The owner doesn't communicate with Alan and his attention to detail is lacking. They will bill you for work they didn't do and charge you for items they didn't install. They will change the estimate after it's been signed and change the price on things to increase their profit. Again, the attention to detail on billing and estimate is very very poor which makes you wonder is their attention to detail with installation is just as poor. I'd give them a zero rating!
