I am taking computer science, and while in my first computer class, the alarm goes off saying my computer has been infected, the whole class laughed. So I went into PC Innovation with, NO clue as to how or why this had happened. I was cringing over this enormous bill I would end up with. The guys were amazing, Adam took the time to explain everything, and when I got that glazed look in my eyes. The one that says, "I have no idea what you mean". Adam said to think of it like this as he re-explained. It made me feel good not to be looked down on for not knowing. Then he said okay you're good, you don't need anything, had to get rid of some stuff so I did it while I was explaining it to you. Your computer is not infected it was a sales pitch to make you buy protection. Then he said there was no charge because he didn't do anything. PC Innovations really helped myself and a friend out a few months ago! We were repairing a computer and opening it all up, when a part snapped. We took it over to them and they immediately helped us find the part online. They said they would order it, and would let us know when it came in. A few days later, they called us and informed us they had the part in. They went above and beyond to not only help install the broken part, but also started from scratch with putting the computer back together... fixing the many mistakes we had made ourselves. They did it free of charge, and they didn't make much profit out of the part they ordered for us. What incredible men that work there! Kevin Sanders at PC Innovation Computers in St. George, Utah did an absolutely superb job of renovation my lap top computer. He quickly brought the computer back to original settings, uploaded new software to include Windows and anti-virus capability. Kevin went "over and above" the normal service work by searching several sources to get exactly the needed software and provide me exactly what I wanted. He kept me posted on repair progress via mobile phone calls. Kevin's professional approach and exemplary service is very much appreciated. When I came to pick up computer, the price he charged was fair and reasonable. Kevin is now my "go to" guy for all my computer repair work. I posted this review on Google reviews as well but felt it should be on Yelp too. My little brothers computer had a failing hard drive but I was too busy to fix it for him. I told him to take it down to PC Innovations and they would be able to replace it for him. My brother received a call about a day or two later letting him know his computer was fried and they would throw it away for him if he wanted. I told him absolutely not and had him go pick it up. I spent an entire day testing it wondering what I could have missed but I didn't miss anything. The computer is fine and replacing the hard drive has it back to running perfect like before. So either 1) PC Innovations is completely incompetent or 2) They are complete scam artists who want you to purchase a new PC through them while holding onto all your old parts. Either way I HIGHLY SUGGEST you do not take your PC there unless you want to get ripped off or get shoddy service. read more

We had some printing with mine and my wife's laptops, so we called them to come out to the house to resolve it. Our problem was my wife could print, unless my laptop was up and running. A tech. came out worked on it. He left without fixing the problem, he only ran a test page and said all is good. The problem still exists, we have called the office a half doz times, talked to at least four different people. They have suggested we change the modem and even get another printer for the second laptop. They should be embarrassed with this type of service. read more

I dropped off my laptop and it was repaired in one day. The service was friendly and helpful. The repair rate very reasonable. I am not from Utah and here temporarily. I would not hesitate to use PC Innovation again! read more

This place is not for experienced computer users. They gave me the "drivers are installing" BS, when they had actually done nothing. They basically charged me $57 to let my computer rest at their store for a week. They are handing out the typical computer retail rigamorol to their unsuspecting customers. If you can do it yourself, you should. If not, go elsewhere. read more

4 years ago they built the nicest desktop for me. So far it still runs well and has upgraded with no problems. Their customer service has always been friendly and helpful and they had a 3 year warranty. They even suggested an easy way I could fix a friend's computer problem when I called which actually worked! read more

assholes scammed my grand parents. sold them a tower with a i3 processer in it for 900 dollars, and did a terrible job putting together the physical machine, furthermore on the install of the software, they left out all the critical drivers for the usb3.0 and ethernet, but it gets even better, these dingles charged them another 80 bucks to put in a 15 dollar wifi card that literally takes 2 minutes to install, but the final icing on the cake is the fact they kept their old computer, downright theft. read more
